Description says Dato Cina with Merc kena saman RM30 because dont want to pay 60cent parking coupon, then behsong push and punch the JPJ/polis/majlis bandaran officer.

Does dato need to pay parking fee? I think he already got datoship mean he has contributed alot to the country, so give chance lah.

There were many other cases, just Google and you will know how rich is our immigration officer.

And as far as I know, our immigration officer has quite an reputation for the china tourist.

Back in 10 years ago in China forum, people are already encouraged to give tips to the office to settle this before being brought to the black room.

If you active in china travel forum, it is like a common knowledge among china tourist to prepare small cash money to smoothen the immigration process in malaysia.

We didn't know it because it won't happen to us.

Why non-muslim so scare of PAS?

From what i learn, Islam is a very good religion, they will treat minority and non-muslim equally as majority muslim

For example, policies like bumi quota, are very wrong from Islamic point of view as it discriminate non-bumi, including those muslim non-malay. Correctly me if I'm wrong, does Islam allow such differential treatment due to races/religion?
I am okay with banning alcohol/gambling but also ban racial based policies.

Look at successful Muslim country like Brunei, UAE, Iran Afghanistan, non-muslim certainly have nothing to worry about.

We are going to be better than Japan Korea USA and China and become world number 1 country.
Every states now can be as good as kelantan, spiritually. Congratulations to my blessed Malaysians.

Rasuah Thesis, PAS totally misinterpreted it

PAS only looks at the very first table of the whole thesis that shows summary of bribers by races, which show non bumi more prone to giving bribes
But they totally ignore the probability statistics and the rest of the thesis content.

based on paragraph above, bribery givers mostly come from private sectors as private sector always need contract from government.
And due to the private sector mostly consists of non-bumi, which caused non-bumi show higher percentage as bribe giver.

Another thing PAS choose to conveniently ignore is that bribe receiver statistics, which show the majority is Malay.

BUT as bribe receiver are normally GLC or government official, so it is no surprise that bribe receiver are mostly bumiputera.

So it is not that bumiputra like to take bribe, it is because many contract giver just happen to be bumiputera. Chinese can be bribe receiver as well, but only few of them in position to receive bribes.

So conversely, Chinese and Indian are mostly active in private sector, which make them the primary bribe giver.

Therefore, this is just due to the different races composition in public/GLC and private sector. (contract giver and contract receipient)

But when we look at other perspective, malay in private sectors have higher chance of giving large bribe despite their low population % in private sector.

In statistics theory, High Coefficient means that the variables are closely related to the results, i.e. in this case bumi is more prone to giving large bribe.
Malay has coeffient of 0.655 and p-value of 0.008, which means the relation is statistically significant.

I hope PAS has sufficient knowledge in statistics to appreciate this thesis..

TLDR: chinese has the highest numbers of % in giving bribe due to racial composition in private/GLC/government sector, while malay has highest probability of giving large bribe.
The thesis is not able to conclude that ethnicity is the reason of bribing

I think we should not just look at statistics on surface and relate everything to race...rasuah is an individual problem, not about race.

Hello! Can anyone recommend me Malay youtubers who discuss and shares about local news and politics?

There is a local chinese youtuber called BBK Network, who talks about local news and politics, but some time I would like to watch the same news from different perspective.
and maybe use this chance to improve my BM.
