incorrect name on digital vaccination cert

I am aware that there is a previous thread on this topic:

however there seems to be no resolution.

I have been trying to contact MySejahtera people for one week. No one seems to know what is going on or how to help me.

My name on my digital vaccination certificate has the wrong spelling. For example instead of 'ANDY LAU' it is 'A.DY LAU'

I have emailed, called and went to the PPV where I got my vaccination. No one can help me generate a new PDF with my correct name.

Does anyone have any suggestions who I can contact?
