Buying budgeted gaming laptop

I'm currently using Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42. It's a Ryzen 7. I will be passing this laptop to someone and i need to get a new one with a budget below RM4k. I bought it for RM3860.00 2 years ago. I understand the price of laptop has increased in the market recently. So i'm just hoping to get something that is close enough for my work performance with the following requirements:-

1. Min of Ryzen 5 or I5.
2. 15.6" screen size. I need the numeric keypad.
3. Has some kind of cooling system like Nitro 5. I will be turning it on almost everyday. I think most gaming laptop should have this.

Hope to hear some recommendation from some gamers/sales.

Question on SOP for take away food

Is an unvaccinated person allowed to go to shops (inside) to take away food?
What is the latest SOP? Can someone please point me to the right source if possible, thanks.
