Sweating A LOT

Hello,

I am in my late 30s and have been exercising at minimum twice a week doing Muay Thai.

I realized that the amount I sweat compared to my other gym mates is a lot. To the point that my coach holding pads for me had to wear a mask as my sweat would splash onto him.

I also realized that when I drive with the aircond on or when I sit in an aircond room (on bus or ferry) my back would be wet. Even moving around in the morning preparing for work would leave me dripping with sweat.

Is this something to be of concern and if anyone knows what could be done to reduce the amount of sweating?

ITSM Application

Hello,

My company is in the process of setting up its ITSM and was initially planning to use ServiceNow. But due to too much regulations and contractual limitations, it is dragging on for quite some time.

I was wondering if anyone could provide some feedback on their ITSM user experience and recommend an App to replace ServiceNow.
We are targeting to have as much automation linked to the ITSM tool as possible as well.
I am considering Atlassian's Jira as well since we use it for bug tracking at the moment.

Privates Hair Removal

Hi all. I was wondering what options do you guys use for hair removal on your private parts.
At the moment I shave but I find it super difficult and annoying to shave the balls. There is always a high chance to nick youself.
Did think about brazillian but seems too costly to do often.

Anyone has any recommendations for shavers on privates?

Asking Price on Websites

I am looking at the housing prices in iProperty and Propertyguru. I understand that the prices are normally marked up for pricing discussion and evaluation.

As a first time home buyer what should I do? Do I get an evaluator to evaluate the house first then discuss the pricing with the owner?
If not what is the % I should reduce from the price in the websites?

Still in contact with ex?

I recently found out that my gf(ex) was still in contact with her ex bf which they broke up 1 year ago and it did not break up on friendly terms as he was abusive verbally and uses her as his wallet. They dated for almost 10 years on and off.

Apparently he would update her on his life like where is he working and what his current conditions are.

1 day she told me that her "friend" wanted to borrow money(5 figures) from her but he will pass her a gold chain as safe keeping. I ask her why dont the friend get money from a pawn shop with the gold chain which she answered me annoyingly that "why would he need to pawn items".

Later that night she had an emotional breakdown on how people only wanna be friends with her due to money and how people dont appreciate her. Saying why do people go back to abusive partners. She said its not because of her ex but of the overall situation she is in where her close friend is going through a difficult time with the husband and how people only looks for her when they need help. But I feel that her ex triggered these emotions and still holds weight in her heart.

1 day after linking the dots I asked her if her friend was her ex and she said yes.

Can you guys accept your other half talking to their ex and even lending them large amount of money? she even met the ex without me knowing.

Happy Valentines day to those celebrating.

Buying Number Plate

Hi,

I recently put booking fees for my new car and would like to purchase my number plate. My SA gave me JPJebid to bid for the number I like according to the bidding state alphabets.

From my checking in JPJ website, Labuan is currently having LG number plate. Is it possible to book the number plate I want if it is available using MySikap or I have missed the boat to bid for the number?
White or Grey Car

Hello all,

I am sure there are a lot of topics asking about white car maintenance. I've been reading and trying to decide what color car I would want next.

White car :
I like the color with better contrast with the black accessories with the car.
PPF will still turn yellow but coating no protection. (I see ppl don't recommend PPF at all)
No coating need to wax/polish every quarterly
need to wash every week/ 2 weeks
White cars are more common around.
Inner car not so hot if park under the sun.

Grey car :
Not as nice with the accessories coming with the car compared to white
easier to look after and not so easy dirty

I am seeking your opinions if white is worth it? I don't mind if sending for coating if it means I don't have to wash the car every 1 or 2 weeks.
