Hi everyone
I want to purchase an apartment.
This apartment cost around 600k.
I have been working with the government for over a decade and have manage to save more than this amount.
Can anyone advise what is the best option to buy this property.
So far all my salary are paid by government and taxed.
Should I cash buy the house or LPPSA or dump all into flexi loan.

Issue with my android phone

Today my android phone antivirus software suddenly warn me about 4 issues
(Malware detected)
1) Safety assistance contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings.

2) CMH provider contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings.

3) SIM toolkit contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings.

4) SIM toolkit contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings.

Both avast and AVG showed the same issues.

According to the graph from google, in the past few minutes, ringgit suddenly appreciate against SGD and USD
1 SGD = 2.97 MYR
1 USD = 4.19 MYR
Then it return to normal now
It seems I can’t convert at that rate
Wonder what was going in
