are visual novels at Archive.org illegal?

Just recently I watched a video where a lady worker of the website digitized a book. Been awhile wondering at the same time whether (though I came to the conclusion that:) the Japanese visual novel books there are illegal. They're modern, purchasable goods so I don't think we can count them as the same as those that 'need to be catalogued and preserved'.

So are they pirated or not? Hope there's someone knowledgeable on this matter here.

Don't know if coincidence or author meant them.

As Muslims, are we allowed to talk with our neighbours who are deliberately rude and annoy us, or just to be patient? I haven't found any hadith or Sunnah where we are encouraged to speak and settle disputes between neighbours except the one which we are told to be patient; and to publicize the neighbour's evil if the said neighbour desist in his actions.

So what's it gonna be? Say what bothers me, even though he's dismissive (which is another problem), or just stay patient?
