I have some issue with my property about title

Hi all

i wish some professional can help me solve this problem,i have one property which is kl area. i'm confuse about my

property title ,now the title i have is resident . but one of my friend help me check at dbkl my land is commercial and

industry ,and beside of my property there already have one owner already build up a factory (same land)

so my land now consider as resident, or commercial?

Nowday, most of the banks imposed 1.5% per month or 18% per annum for the finance charges.
Due to the high interest rate of finance charges, so its caused the customer unable to settle the debt earlier.
For example, if the outstanding credit card debt of RM10k & the min payment is 5% or RM500 per month.
If the customer just pay for the min payment, then it will take about 7-8 years to settle the said credit card debt.
Because of this, we came out a plan to helping customer to restructure the credit card debt to easi-payment plan in order to enjoy :-
To lower monthly payment and settle the debt more faster
To lower finance charges from 18% to as lower as 5%

This plan did not require any income documents to process, so it is simple and easy. Other than that, those customer with BAD CCRISS or BAD CTOS also eligble for this plan.

EXAMPLE:
RHB Credit Card (To restructure to 36 months installment plan)
Credit Limit : Rm10,000
Outstanding : RM8,000

Before : Statement Outstanding balance =RM 8,000
After : Statement Outstanding Balance = 0

Before : Monthly Payment = RM400 (RM8,000 x 5%)
After : Monthly Payment = RM 277.78

Before : Minimum Payment = RM400
After : Minimum Payment = RM50

Before : Finance Charges = RM114 [(RM8,000 - RM400 x 1.5%)]
After : Finance Charges = RM3.42 [(RM277.78 - RM50 x 1.5%)]

Before : Late Charges = RM80 [(RM8,000 x 1%)]
After : Late Charges = RM2.78 (min RM10) [(RM277.78 - 1%)]

Before : Repayment Period = 80 months
After : Repayment Period = 24/36 months

In short, if you start this plan now, then you are able to save RM123 (RM400-277) every month. Total interest save will be RM123 * 80 months = RM9,840.
