OB GYN around KLCC- Gleneagles or Prince Court

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for (a) Hospital (between Gleneagles KL and Prince Court) and (b) OB GYN Doctor.

Criteria that matter to me:
(a) Mother:
- Experienced OB GYN, including in high risk pregnancy, ideally a Maternal Fetal medicine specialist (but also ok if he has a lot of OB experience)
- Approachable in case of emergency (e.g. trying to call office on a Saturday and they say Doc can only help on Monday, go to emergency now)

(b) Baby:
- Hospital has fully equipped Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level 3)
- Ability to chose pediatrician/ Neonatologist (Website indicates Gleneagles doesn't have a neonatologist?)
- Chosen pediatrician/ neonatologist will come and attend at the time of delivery/ CS

Any recommendations of choice between Prince Court and Gleneagles?
And then for a doctor at either of these hospitals? We were considering the following (but also open to others):
Gleneagles:
- Dr. Ravi Chandran
- Dr. Alex Matthews
- Dr. Tan Lay Seng

Prince Court:
- Dr. Paul Tay
- Dr. Tan AE

Thank you all
