I&#39;m looking to start amping up my active lifestyle again after recovering from covid. So far my experience while jogging is I find it incredibly dull and uncomfortable (my skull feels like its shaking/pounding with every step). In daily life, I&#39;m mildly active as I don&#39;t drive, and commute everywhere by walking and public transit. But I just can&#39;t seem to enjoy moving faster than brisk walking pace. <br /><br />Hope some long time jogger sifus can share how do you guys do it? I believe my video card can&#39;t support 4k well so a 1080p monitor will do. My main usage is to have a 2nd screen to watch videos while I work on my laptop. I like to put on travel/scenic videos so I&#39;m looking at monitors which support HDR or have good colour I guess. <br /><br />Based on my research VA seems good for the dramatic contrast but IPS panels sounds like an all rounder.
