Today is my knee surgery in prince court. Last time when see doctor, he said total cost is only rm10k. Today during admission, she said estimated cost is rm35k. Thankfully got GL first time admission in this hospital

I'm 47 and have knee pain which I think from the years of playing futsal. I can still play but lately more painful. The pain the more when I extend the leg half way. Doctor suggested for MRI scan. I have been a software engineer (ie C# .NET) for almost my whole career life.

As we all know in recent years, AI is blooming and many jobs are replaced with AI.

So start from last year, I also need to adapt and learned some basic AI stuff like GenAI and did a POC on MLOps this year during my free time.

Do you think I should continue to invest in pursuing AI for next year 2026 and try to switch career to that path? I have already enroll myself to Udacity AI Product Manager Nanodegree which is fully sponsored by my company if approved.

By the way, I am in my 40s already.

child psychologist

I think our 3 year old daughter has some anxiety issue. She easily gets frustrated and anxiety for some time already. Because of that she doesn't have friend in the playschool. although our niece ajak to play with her but she usually didn't bother. I think this could be because of what happen last year that she was hospitalized for 1.5 month in ICU because of her seizure.

Anyone know any good child psychologist? Want to get some consultation and initial check.

Does anyone here familiar with "Risk Management in Technology" guidelines (RMIT guidelines) by Bank Negara? The data is still on-prem but we want to consider using Azure services for the application i.e. Azure Functions to connect to the on prem for data. Is this compliant with RMiT?

I mean for personal learning with your personal laptop, not your company laptop.

As a C# .NET guy, all these years I have been using Windows and mainly used Visual Studio.

Now I am tempted to switch to MacOS and considering MacBook Air M2.

Has anyone here switched from Windows to MacOS? Can share your programming experience (ie productivity, performance and etc)?
