Need advice..

Story is...
I get called for IV with 2 Comp, A&B. Both are single stage, means after IV direct offer dy.

Comp A IV: 26th Feb
Comp B IV: 28th Feb

As for Comp A. They issued the Offer Letter rlly fast like one day after the IV and the most of an extension I can get is probably till next Wed which i prolly assume Comp B won't even issue me OL yet by then. (They got disclose that they're urgent hires.)

I haven't gone into IV with Comp B yet.

Now here's my dilemma.

Scenario1:
I sign OL with Comp A and go IV with Comp B as usual. If get OL, and favourable, resign from A and go to B. Cons of this scenario will be me having a bad name in Comp A. Possibly forever.....

Scenario 2:
Reject Comp A, and wait for Comp B IV. Cons of this is what if Comp B reject me as a candidat pulak? Then I'll be losing on both ends.

Any wise advise here will be needed. Thanks!!

Macbook Pro 2019 16" i7

Im currently using a late-2013 Macbook Pro retina i5 and was looking to upgrade this nearly 10 yr old machine.

I was browsing through 2nd hand Macbook Pro and came across (title above) for around RM3.3k and thats the cheapest Apple Product that I've ever seen. Even some base M1s are breaking 3.7 - 4k barriers.

Was wondering if it's a good buy today?

I've heard common complains is
- the fan noise (which I can live with)
- overheating issue, not sure what cause it. (which I can't, with concerns that it may shorten machine's lifespan)

Anyone has experience with these machines, and if so, how do you circumvent the above situations? Thankss!

Type of coolant for Alu Radiator

Hi guys,Im driving a Satria neo and just uptated my Radiator to an Alu one. I wanna know what type of Coolant is suitable for my radiator and block.

After srveral research I came across that I need a coolant safe for both Cast Iron (my block) and Aluminium (my radiator).

May I know which coolant can satisfy both of these? Currently my pomen uses Proton green mix stuff.

Oh and also I prefer to use premix stuff. Thanks all

Stuck between 2 viscosities,75w-85 and 75w-90.

Hey guys, I'm looking to change my tires and would like some recommendations. First time picking my own set of rubbers and a real newbie when it comes to this. Need some sifu inputs on choosing.

Im currently on Accelera 651, sized at 195/50. As per above, my rim size is 15x8jj.

I'm thinking to go 205/50, if that's okay. Just unsure which brand to go for. This car is my daily driver and mostly used for loads of city driving.

Gauge Cluster for Satria Neo

Hey guys, quick question here.

I've recently fully rebuilt my engine and was wondering if there's anyway I can reset the mileage back to 0. Its my personal car so no act of dishonesty in play.

Someone offered me a brand new gauge cluster (direct from factory). But my question to him was, if I were to fix this new cluster, will my mileage follow back what was on my original cluster or will it follow the new cluster i.e. 00000. He himself couldn't answer the question.

Is our mileage stored within the ECU or within the cluster itself? Anyone can help? Thank you in advance.

Hi guys, recently I just had my interview done with the hiring manager of a company. I know he is rhe HM because I looked him up. The interview took place on Tuesday. During the interview he did mention that he will pass me Application Form /HR Form to fill up and will also schedule me for a 2nd interview.
But until today, he hasn't pass me any forms. We use WhatsApp to communicate.

How to type a follow-up, or in this case, a "reminder" text to him guys? Kinda scared I say the wrong things.

Is it ok to on aircon the moment I start my car?

Hi guys, as per title above, is it okay to on my aircon the moment I start my car cold, like first start of the day before I head off to work. I know it might be a dumb question to ask, just that some folks at home have told me not to immediately on A/C when you start your engine, which assumingly, they're referring to parasitic load on the engine I guess...

I have a habit of driving the car for a while, (approx 10-15mins) before I turn the A/C, but sometimes the sun is unbearable. Which begs the question above.

I need advice on Career Prospects.

First of, sorry, idk what title to put.
Hey all, I need advice on certain things. My question will be 2-fold. But first, a little background info on myself.

I am a Mass Comm (Diploma) grad. Year Jan 2020. Below are Job Titles that I have held up till this date in reverse chrono order. So far, these are the industries I have been in:
- Videographer & Editor and a minor in Copywriting (1yr - present)
- Sales Exec. & Cust Serv. (1 yr, n 3 mnth)
I'll include my intern title & experience here as well just for further ref.
- Asst. Photographer, & Editor, Sales, Event Helper, [I mean, an intern, you get the point, but mainly to asst. the photographer la]

Presently, I feel like I'm outgrown. I wanna venture into new possibilities and delve deeper into the marketing field.
1) So now, I'm currently on the hunt for new career opportunities. Preferably one that's related to my field. Favourable keyword in positions will be = Marketing / Social Media Exec. / Digital Marketer / Copy+Content+Creative Writer / Social Media Maneger etc..etc..

However, searching around for jobs, a lot of them are :
Cust Service positions la, Retail Sales la, TikTok content creator la, videographer (pretty much same thing I’m doing, in-house for some company) I did find a few Marketing / Social Media positions but those require at least 1-2 years of experience which I lack, sadly.

Ok, I understand that a job is just to put food on the table so I'm prepared to take the better position out of the 3 I mentioned above i.e. Cust. Service.

My question is, if I were to venture out in the said field, won't it look messy on my resume. Like for example, in the future, I wanna get back into the Creative / Marketing industry, but then my resume is a mix bag of things like a period in CS, another period as a videographer and then back to CS. The step that I am taking right now, I want it to have a positive impact in my future. Another thing, is Customer Service considered under the marketing umbrella? Anyone working in similar industry please do come in can give your thoughts. Greatly appreciated! =)

2) Since I’m only a Diploma holder, I’d like to up my skills in terms of qualifications and papers. Can I know where do I sign up for extra certs that offer Marketing / Social Media or other similar revelant courses? I would like to have better qualifications.

Lastly, sorry for the long and albeit unstructured post. Just that my mind is running wild and getting worried bout the future scares me quite abit. Thank you guys in advance!
