how to "naturally" pursue girl?

I have a senior in uni, I think I'm into her, I want try to pursue her. She seems ok with talking to me and I have talked to her a few times since I first met her in orientation, but no more. This fish seems to be really damn big, I don't want the line to snap.

But then one problem is when it comes to making friends I am total gone case. I haven't actively tried making friends ever before in my life, I always wait until people talk to me. I eventually realized that I only talk to certain people that I know is because I am comfortable with them, that I am severely introverted. So I tried just choosing to be comfortable with people. Doing that I just talk to people like I already know them, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. So I want to learn how to make friend properly.

Another problem is that she's in year2 while I am year1. So not much chances to talk other than during events and when I see her around in school.

Yet another problem is my personality, I am not very talkative. Every time I pass by a place where she frequents, I often have to think of something to ask before entering the area so if I do see her I have something to say rather than just blanking out.

But so far my plan is to just keep talking to her until I eventually get close enough that she wouldn't reject me. But more and more this does not seem possible since there are so few events, and very often when I do see her around she's studying with her friend group, so many people I too shy to approach. Another thing is that I know some of her friends as well so I feel that if I see her with other people I know, I have to talk to all of them to not seem like an asshole.

So how do I catch fish?

I browsed physical store found a few laptop similar in spec. But the lenovo loq one(rm 4500), which I heard got better build, better cooling etc, is around 600rm more expensive than the MSI bravo. But I saw online MSI laptop cooling and durability is worse. There is also the HP Victus one, around same spec and price as the Lenovo LOQ.
Get which one better assuming all are exact same spec? They all quite similar

I just bought a hd6xx directly from the website, without using forwarder. Website says it should dispatch around 19 jun PT. How long does it take to ship here? and i thought things above rm500 have tax but when i pay, when it say calculating tax it didnt change the price?

Hello, very frequently I see women in public that I fancy. However every time I too scared to approach, no idea why (everytime after I leave I keep regretting not approaching).
I think it's because I have not tried something like that before. I have only tried chatting up the girl that served my ice cream, but felt a bit awkward.

So how should you approach strangers? Let's say it's in dining area, like a food court or restaurant. I thought about starting with a compliment but I don't know what to say after that.

And for those even more knowledgeable, will something like this work in Singapore? (Because in 2 months I will be studying in NTU).

I don't think I am very handsome though, however not totally sure since nobody told me. But I am fairly tall 180cm.

got a level result last month, wanted to go nus/ntu physics but now headache already because my math and further math got A instead of A* , thankfully physics and chemistry still A* , now only hoping can get in based on their new holistic admission thing, but problem is i have no co curricular, only chance is to try to convince them i like physics very much in the questions they ask in the admissions form

still going to apply, but since i heard most ppl get into nus/ntu with 4A*, anything less cannot

oxford cambridge i most likely cannot, and thanks to my math A instead of A* i dont meet requirement for imperial college london, and dont want to go uk for no name university

australia national university ranking not nearly as high as nus/ntu or any uk uni, i dont think monash malaysia even offer physics course

My hard disk got show current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count both 88 very huat. So almost done already. Now nand cheap might as well get ssd. On shopee n lazada all the sata ssd not worth it, might as well buy oem nvme pcie gen4 ssd for same price. Any recommend?

I just done A2 exam. I wanted to get into those big name overseas uni, but all of them require previous year apply, then next year aug/sep intake. Last year I was lazy n stupid, didn't bother applying anything. Now if I apply overseas uni will have to intake next year sep. Too much time wasted. I don't want to waste time. Now can do what? I think I will probably get good A2 score, AS I got 4A. So getting into smaller name uni probably is not a problem. But then if I settle with smaller name uni, feels like I wasted effort. Now do what?

Hello, I just completed IGCSE, want to do A levels. But so many colleges, don't know which one.

Factors into choosing:
Price (Money is not an issue, however I'd rather save as much as I can. I got 9A*,1A in IGCSE, will probably get a scholarship, so how generous the scholarship is could dramatically affect pricing.)

Study Materials (Example, don't want those stupid Hodder Education books, want materials that actually explain things clearly)

Quality of Teachers (Don't want those kind of teacher that just open a PowerPoint, and then tell u to copy into notebook. Also, will be taking Phs, Chem, Math and Further Math so definitely want teacher that are good at teaching those and explaining concepts, especially FMath)

When it comes to facilities, only really want a gym.

One very important thing is must have a Dodgeball club. I want to go play some Dodgeball
