Can the innacommw3100 function as a repeater ?

I have a spare unit of this streamyx modem/router lying around unused and i thought of using it as a repeater on the top floor of my home as the signal can be very spotty upstairs.

If anyone of you have any idea if this unit can be turned to a repeater, do share your knowledge here.

Winet Broadband 1Mbps @ RM50 monthly

I thought of signing up for this wireless broadband service from Winet as it doesn't require a landline to be fixed unlike streamyx and because it's cheap at RM50 per month. As the brochure said there's no need for fixed line, no billings, no contract and hidden charges. Works like a prepaid thing.

Anyone here have tried it before ? Appreciate the comments.
