Bought my house in Tropicana Aman Hana & gotten my keys last year around Nov 2025. Submitted my defects on the same month and only 5 defects have done (out of 100+ defects). It’s already Mar 2026.

Is this normal?

Found this YouTuber Design Seed that looks to have quite a nice looking design. I have heard some scary stories in ID firm so I would need a trustable and reputable ID firm. Curious to see if anyone tried Design Seed services before?

I’m in a long term relationship for 8 years. Last 2 years ago, I bought a house in hoping to finally married with her. But recently I just had a strong feeling that my girlfriend is not keen in building a family with me.

I’m 28 and she is 3 years younger than me. I don’t really have a good relationship with my own family so I’m hoping to build a new family my gf but marriage in not in her plan within these few years. My gf so in a very good relationship with her own family - I’m not quite sure if that’s the reason why she don’t want to get married so soon.

I’m a very introverted guy who always have my own thoughts in my own head and she claimed that i live in my own world and seldom communicate with others and she mentioned she will never build a family if i continued to be like this. My gf is quite a bad temper and she did mentioned ugly things like she would never married this kind of person and it really hurts when that’s the thing I want to do with her. She did mentioned if I propose now she will reject right away. I’m not sure if she’s joking or what. She did mentioned she’s feel she’s too young so I asked her when she want to get married, she say she don’t know

I’m not sure what did I do wrong. Some days I feel like she’s the one but some days I feel like I wasting my life away when I saw my friend already building their family and having kids.

We had a small talk and she’s ok if I leave the relationship just to build family with another person. But I’m still not okay because it’s not her.

I’m not sure what should I do

I remembered I secretly DCA inside bitcoin back in 2018 without letting my gf know about it… she legit thought im crazy and have gambling addiction.

Until now it’s still no brainer that bitcoin is a revolutionary tech. No other tech can transfer money instantaneous around the world.

Me and my girlfriend love kids but there's one major problem. My gf is quite worried of the after effects on pregnancy as she saw a couple of post from Xiao hong shu about girls having issues like major stretch marks on stomach area, or black armpits. That set her back from wanting to get pregnant despite she liking kids.

She told me there are some celebrities try a certain method where they extract sperm and egg out and transfer it to a certain someone to born the kid. Is this method real or is some science fiction? Never heard of such thing so decided to ask here

Bought a house

Just bought a house worth RM2M. The house will be done in end of 2025.

I currently have the full cash amount but I took a full flexi loan for 35 years. Originally I thought to put the whole 2M into the full flexi loan account so I won’t get any interest and I can cash out whenever I want if I need for emergency. But recently my friend told me it’s unwise to do so because I could have use the money for investment in a long run. What should I do?

Option A
- park the whole RM2M into the full flexi loan account to save interest (save headache of paying housing loan)

Option B
- park the whole RM2M into investment like S&P 500 (but I have to be varied on the withholding tax which can be huge) and the total house price including interest rate is probably around RM4-5M so i need to make sure my RM2M can earn more than that.

Which option is the best?
