Anyone know the best method to let them fix immediately? I tiring about this stupid Digi service.

2-Dec-2023 - Maxis submitted port out request
3-Dec-2023 - Digi rejected SMS received, called Digi hotline and agents said it was due to both mobile number was under same name but different bill, she want us to request Maxis submit for 2 port out request instead of one. We went to Maxis center and ask them submit for 2 port out requests.
4-Dec-2023 - Digi rejected SMS received, contacted Digi live chat and the agents Mika T told me there is fibre account under this mobile number, you need to go Digi Store and ask them split it out. We purposely went to Sunway Pyramid Digi Store and requested for fibre split out. At the same time, we requested the agent to check and confirmed if everything ready to port out and she answered Yes.
5-Dec-2023 - Digi rejected SMS received, we requested Maxis to give it a try again. Submit another port out request.
6-Dec-2023 - Digi rejected SMS received and we got no idea what to do.

[attachmentid=11486433]

Maxis Fibre Switch to Digi Fibre

Just want to share my experiences with Maxis Fibre, I've been using this Maxis Fibre for a couple of years and I never receive a special offer from them while I keep listening to my friends getting special offers from Maxis.
Thus, I trying to check with Maxis why I didn't receive any discount or internet speed up the offer. They gave the reason is I didn't pay the monthly bill on time for few times.

Anyway, I've decided to switch to Digi Fibre while Digi provided faster speed and discount prices for Digi users. After that, I received a call from Maxis and they are trying to offer me for 2 types of package:

1. RM59 for 12 months for 30mbps (No contract)
2. RM89 for 12 months for 100mbps (2 years contract) *You will need to request an offer from Maxis after 12 months.

They will try to keep you with some offers provided. Thus, you guys might give it a try with this kind of trick and get an offer.
