My budget is at most 530k. 1 bedroom is fine for me but my parents would prefer a 2 bedroom unit (whenever they come to KL and there will be an extra room for them). <br /><br />I have seen several projects. They are either too small, too far or exceeded my budget. Alira Metropark Subang seems to be the best choice for now. But since it is completing in 2025, my family have been advising me to look for completed project or subsale. They are quite conservative.. whether new project will be abandoned halfway/ there is no actual unit to view.<br /><br />I am not a risk taker and I do have some concern after reading through the Lowyat post on Alira.
