pad 9 does not have GPS, while pad x9 got.
wonder why pad 9 remove the GPS feature, will it still able to use navigation app ?

So anything else I can do ?

Buying a house sometimes can be problematic ...
etiher the house location / condition not good ...
or the house ok , but the owner is problematic ...

I found a house that is ok for me to buy, but the owner is problematic,
Never pick up my call and not even call me back once ..
Only text msg communication...
Didn't show up to let me see the house...

He seems not rushing to sell his house , even he has given me his lawyer contact ...

I am not sure should I go ahead or give up ...
the house is original condition was there several years already ..

Hi everyone,

need opinion on these 2 houses. almost same layout for both. sqft is the land size.
to me, both got pros and cons, but would like to hear more.

the garden road is quiet, because it is gated strata.
the hse A back the road will slightly noisy, the road is not a highway, just a short road ...

hse A is expensive than hse B by ~350k , and it's about double size the land ...

I am quite dilemma, get big piece land, the trade off is the behind road is slightly noisy ..

OptionB:
Strata title with G & G
Landed semi-d
10 years.

To me,

Option A land size is slightly bigger, price also expensive a bit. can extend whenever I want as it's individual title.
The current layout style is not what I want. I need to fork out more $$ to reno and re-layout. I foresee more reno work to do compare to Option B.

Option B land size is acceptable for me. No need fork out so much $$ as just need interior reno.

need you guys some opinion, as want to stay for long term, and which option is wise to choose ...

For shortsighted, do we really need to get the lens power exactly can let us see very clearly on far away small object ?
Or better lower a bit the lens power ?
