Is the house over budget for me?

Getting married soon and purchasing a new home for me and my future wife.

We would love a big space for our future kids and planning to stay long term but price is an issue because I’m not sure if Im buying within my means or not.

Im a business owner so I make averagely RM40k per month. The house I’m looking at is around RM2.1M. I kept RM1M cash for house purchasing and amenities incase I need it. (Outside of my other investments and emergencies funds)

Do you guys think is enough? Or the house is way beyond my means?

It’s very clear cut if I’m an employee with a stable income but business can be gone within a year if I’m not careful enough.

Appreciate if anybody can point me to a right direction. Thank you so much
