Doubts regarding legion 5

Hi 👋, this is my first thread on this forum.
Have some questions to ask

So recently, I've bought legion 5 (Ryzen 7 + 3060) and I really liked it. The performance is superb and it's very smooth, probably one of the best laptop I have ever used.

But then I noticed that the laptop is heating up really badly. I'm not sure whether it is normal or not, the CPU temp ranges around 80-90 sometimes even spikes till 100 Celsius and the motherboard's around 80+ Celsius.

I'm not sure whether it's normal (first time using a gaming laptop). Tried to use an external cooling pad but the temp doesn't lower that much. Although the temp didn't throttle the cpu GPU, I'm quite afraid that the high temp will damage the PC components after prolonged period.

Are there any solutions to this?
