But what if I go in with the mindset of renting the car only? Pay for 3 months, then tell him sob story I pokai already, I stop paying and give him back the car.

Chinese vs Indian vegetarian

I observe that Chinese vegetarian food normally a lot of greens, like to have less oil less sugar less salt.

Indian vegetarian food have more flavour, and have better mix between greens and protein - such as tofu, paneer and LOTS of beans.

Where do Chinese vegetarian normally get their source of protein? Or they just don't care about protein? Many Chinese vegetarian I know all skinny and look malnourished.

Question about solar panel

So I was in Kelana Jaya LRT.

So I saw landed house install solar panels.

Then I saw condo in construction beside it. Then later the solar panel will be in the condo shadow.

So is it the house owner will become sohai later? Install solar panel but cannot get full sunshine half the day.

So can any solar expert enlighten me?

Post office no longer sell RM10 revenue stamp?

Went to post office now they say no longer selling revenue stamp. Ask me go to LHDN website to buy.

I visited LHDN website, need to:

1) Register
2) wade through its long list to choose type of documents to stamp
3) type in my name, IC, address
4) type in the insurers name, company number, address
5) after 15 minutes thought all done, it says need 7 days to review!

Seriously tedious. I just wanted to pay RM10 to claim my RM150 worth of loss of use! Last time just pay RM10 revenue stamp at post office.

Is there an easier way? Else to those listed company rights issue they expect all the uncle aunty to do this at LHDN website?

I really dont like this new trend of restaurants using QR code to order. Most of them use lousy app. Some even need you to pay before kitchen process order.

And if you are not familiar with the restaurant, you scroll la. Slowly scroll to see the menu. If they at least give a menu book and you order through QR maybe ok lagi.

But as employer, I find that when staff go remote working, their productivity drop tremendously and many times become uncontactable. Wanna discuss things also hard cannot draw on drawing board.

First time using LRT on a weekend. Didn’t realise on weekend got many parent bring family out siap with stroller using LRT.

Anyway got a 5 yo kid has been singing Bruno Mars (horribly) all the way from Subang to PJ.

I need to alight on KL cannot tahan so many more station. I just shake head and moved 3 carriage down. Yuck.

I think we all should go buy new car like Civic. 5 year later due to inflation, MYR shortage and chip shortage worldwide, we may sell at original price or slightly below. Still didn't make money but at least get to enjoice new car during this period.

10 years ago Im the sohai young graduate that /k love to laugh at, earn RM2.5k but bought a honda city (paid the price by ikat perut for few years. what to do young time sohai)

Fast forward to today, the car loan fully paid jor.

Recently ayam got promoted again. Almost reach /k standard 20k. Colleague, friends and family nowadays everyday ask me why I still drive 10 year old city. Sometimes meet client and big boss punya biz partner for lunch/dinner, ppl talk all the big big car how nice how good, I feel so isolated.

Ayam feel time to buy new car as celebration. Feel want to cash out some of ayam’s gains from crypto to buy dream car. Also ayam just got married and wife no car because she wfh. But a bit leceh also sometimes when both want go out together.

Ayam recently whole family kena and whole family recoverred by eating panadol. During the quarantine period memang leceh because need to grabfood everyday, but otherwise was ok.

Compared to MCO stay home 1 year, I prefer to bukak and take the risk home quarantine 10 days if kena covided.
