Super IDEA to tackle NPL issue

I have a very good idea and solution to TACKLE all NPL issue

Govt must create National Debt Account for every citizen .

Banks and Financial Institution can borrow people money according to the 18% per annum law ..

Let say they borrow you 5x your salary. Your salary is 3k , they can borrow you 15k max .

Then every month your employer need to take 10% of your salary and put into this special national debt account which was created by the goverment for this ...

Now this 10% which is 300 will be used to pay your debt to the bank .. This is an auto debt payment type ..

The banks now no need to worry about NPL already ..

If you dont have any loan , then that 10% will be available to you to transfer back to your bank account ..

This will be definetely destroy all the illegal money lending activities and save families from bad times ...

I can recall watching a movie long time ago , but cant remember the movie title

There is a kid in the movie who like to go every house in his village , then one day he went into a neighbouring house and spoiled a game set of kid , realising this , the kid get very angry and strangle the other kid to death..
Then he become panic and hide the corpse inside his house ..then his father find out and decided to buried the boy to make sure police didnt find out and jail his son for killing ..

Really feel that MAE should not join the madani RM100 ...

Now they done the damage ..people claim through MAE , but when they scan at shop , it deducts from their saving account instead , then while those who dont have money in savings .. then transaction become unsuccessfull...

Its well known that only 1% of the Malaysian community really understand how MAE maybank app works ...

If u want to use MAE then u need to change MAE as your primary account before attempting any scan ..

But since 99% people dont understand how it works ...they started to condemn Madani for the failure..

When i open tiktok , sure there is videos of shops offering 10k for a certain old note ...

Then there is also video where people get money 10k from the shop as a proof

I started to wonder is that is that all this thing is the new form of cheating after all the money game and investment they use to cheat in the past..

From my opinion, all these customers may be fake and setup to make u believe only..

Let say the shop offer u for a certain note for 10k ,
Later on , someone selling the same note with that criteria for 2k , you might think that u buy this for 2k and then sell to that shop for 10k ,

But once u buy 2k , then the shop either dont want to buy for 10k by giving some excuse ..now u lose 2k , the person who sell u 2k may be the same group with those offering 10k ..

Lets think about it ...

Kedah / Penang issue explained in OS method

Once upon a time , Kedah and Penang was the same file of .exe on Window platform

Then when Malaysia was formed on Android platform

Kedah and Penang get different .apk file among them ..

But becoz of this person trying to open the .exe file in Android platform .

This is making the system returned error.

So if u are so desperate want to open the .exe file , you have go out Android OS , then only you able to launch the .exe file again

Means you can only open an .exe file while u are in Windows platform only.

Foreign Workers should only allowed in Basic Need

This is a special formula ,

If the govt only allow foreign workers to work in Basic Needs , such as food kopitiam / foodcourt / daily transport / supermarket / wet market

This idea actually is to provide Rakyat cheaper in basic needs category..

While Non Basic Needs / Luxury category should only hire Locals

Because its ok if the cost is higher and the things become expensive on this category anyway becoz this was not a basic needs

Motor Workshop should not sell Spare Parts

The Madani Goverment should look into this matter seriously.

Motor Workshop should never be allowed to sell Spare Parts to people who come to repair motorbike there..

Motor Workshop should only be allowed to provide Repairing Service Only , They only allowed to give notes which spare parts need to buy ..

The customer need to buy themselves from the any Spare Part shop they like .

This will reduce cheating by Bike Workshops from asking customer to change this and that unnessesarily

They only can charge for service ..

Most probably the mother only take loan 1k like that and ended up unable to pay on time and ah long hiking up interest . Then they see you really financial down , the dont kacau you ...but after sometime if they see you got money ,then they will comeback and take your car or whatever valuable and make up any stories like this

GEORGE TOWN: An online gambling syndicate believed to have made RM3mil within a month of operations was busted with seven arrested so far.

State police chief Datuk Khaw Kok Chin said while seven people have been arrested in connection with this syndicate, three more are still at large.

“We arrested four men and one woman at a condominium in Bayan Lepas at about 2.30am on May 13 and confiscated various equipment in connection with the case,” he said.

Comm Khaw said that another man was arrested in Butterworth at around 11pm on the same day, followed by another man who was also arrested in the same area at around 7.30pm on May 14.

"The last two men arrested are believed to be the ones running the whole syndicate," he said at a press conference held at the state police headquarters in George Town here on Tuesday (May 16).

Comm Khaw said all those arrested were locals in their 20s and 30s.

"Two of them had prior criminal records related to illegal gambling. We confiscated five cars, four motorcycles, 34 handphones, five home access cards, five central processing units, 10 monitors and other items including RM15,200 in cash," he said.

Comm Khaw said investigations showed that the syndicate has been operating for around a month, adding that they were making around RM100,000 a day.

"They can make around RM3mil in a month," he said.

He said the seven are being remanded for further investigations.

"Their modus operandi is to use online applications to promote various online gambling games. Their transactions involve locals and foreign bank accounts. This syndicate is believed to involve neighbouring countries as well," said Comm Khaw.

Comm Khaw said the case is being investigated under

Section 4(1)(a), (b), © and (g) of the Open Gambling Act 1953.

In an unrelated case, 12 local men between the ages of 50 and 80 were arrested for illegal gambling.

The men were arrested on May 14 at around 3.55pm in a hut in Butterworth, he said.

"They are believed to be carrying out illegal gambling activities and have been remanded for two days, ending Tuesday (May 16),” said Comm Khaw.

"We confiscated various items including four motorcycles, 12 handphones, one television and various items related to illegal gambling as well as RM7,321 in cash. They are being investigated under Section 6(3) of the Betting Act 1953," he added.

Comm Khaw - who was formerly the Bukit Aman Federal Internal Security and Public Order deputy director - took over from Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain effective Monday (May 15).

Just now met with a makcik near LHDN , she said she took 2 bus to reach there just to do the kemaskini which is deadline 31 ..

I asked her , do she got update in the last 3 year , she said got update ..

Then i said why susah payah naik bas come here , she said most people say must update otherwise cannot get..

I really pity her ... dunno why the government do like this ..

They just anyhow ask people to update , do they know those warga mas how hard for them to do this ..

I can tell u , there is really no need to update , those receive the 1st phase in january will automatically receive this time ... only those suddenly become rich or got huge pay rise might not get , even that if lhdn detects ...

But they scare people to update otherwise wont get , this is really cruel ..
