Being a doctor in malaysia

Im interested in the human body since i was a kid, really like reading books about those. & during secondary school, i was in stjohn club, constantly participating in public first aid duties, enjoyed it very much, although stjohn is rly tough but still somehow enjoyed it. i think that’s why i want to study med.
But..Is it that bad to be a doctor in msia? I've heard many stories abt ho/mo, and almost everyone online advice not to study mbbs. Are there anyone who actually does not regret being a doctor?? I'm so clueless right now helppp

Alevels subject combination

Hi im currently deciding to study alevels at sunway. I want to study med in the future, but not 100% sure so i wanna keep my options open. Should i choose bio+chem+phy or bio+chem+math or all 4 of them. I worry i will struggle with 4 subjects, and its more expensive. I dont think i will study engineering related course so shld i take physics?

My crush and I are good friends, and our classmates often ship us together because they said he acts different around me. We frequently bet on our grades, usually just drinks, but now he’s suggesting to bet on meals, which means i hv a chance to go on a “date” with him haha. He likes to tease me, like calling me silly. I remember once when my eyelids was swollen, he actually noticed and asked if I had applied makeup!! Another time, he even complimented my nose. He also enjoys high-fiving me and, during ice skating he held my arms!! I also notice everytime when my whole friend grp past by he said goodbye only to me.

Once when I was taking photos with my male best friend, those boys keep teasing my crush, asking him to look at us, but he just ignore & didnt look at all.... & when both of us are being shipped, we just smile and deny it. When my friend asked him privately, he said we’re just “bros”… When asked if he likes anyone, he said not at all….

Online, he’s relatively cold. Although everyone knows he seldom checks messages, I still feel like im a clown.🤡

Do i need Ipad in university

My story:
Him & i are classmates + deskmates. We're pretty gud friends at first, but our classmates started to ship both of us, cuz one time, when we r revising for exam, he pulls his chair to sit at my table to revise, abit sus. and we also talk during class & even compare hand sizes one time:D we would place bets on exams, just drinks at 1st, then now he suggest betting on meals, IDK maybe im overthinking.

Once, my friends joke abt me dating a guy (guy A), & according to them, he looked shocked & disappointed lol idk if they exaggerate it ornot, then when they say it's a joke, he looked relieved, again they may be exaggerating. But since then, he started to ?notice me& guy A. Like, he keep pairing us up during games:((

Lol so now everyone, literally everyone is shipping us, & both of us would laugh & deny it la. They say he is kinda different & happi when talking to me. Well, idk but tbh he is kinda cold in text msg, but in real life he is rly nice to me:( but he is those rly rly friendly extroverts la so i think he is nice to everyone lol

A levels subject for Accounting and Finance

I think im going into the finance accounting career path in the future, but im not sure la.

Which a levels subject should i take? Im thinking about economics + math. Is this a good combination?

Which one should i choose for my 3rd subject? Account? Business? But i heard that those are ‘soft’ subject, so some uni dont prefer them. Maybe Science? To keep my options open.

I heard ppl say accountant oversupply now, hard to find jobs. But i read some articles said that accountant is in demand coz the target is 60000 accountants but now only 33000.
