I am thinking to install elevator at my house that just VP. Purpose is for my mom who one day might use wheel chair. As of now, she cant take stairs.

Do you have good contact, recomendation for 2 stops lift.?

If you have experience on cost, etc would greatly appreciated.

Buy Prop Under Individual or Company?

Hi Guys,

I am buying a house around RM5mil. I am not sure should I buy under company or individual. Both, individual and company are able to purchase the said house based on DSR. I just thinking which one should I go which benefit me in the future. The company is also 100% own by me. So no big deal on the ownership later.

What do you guys think?

Personal Expenses paid by Company.

Hi guys,

I am business owner but need advise on the tax. Look at scenario below as example:

1. I take salary of RM20k per month, with my net take home pay is around RM14k. I use this money for my living such as foods, house, family, etc. Company net expense for my salary is around RM23k (including KWSP, Socso, etc) but my take home pay is only RM14k.

2. I just take RM5500 salary and keep it in saving RM4000 (Company net expense on me is about RM6300 with EPF) while my other expenses like foods, house, entertainment will be paid by company - let say same amount RM10k as scenario 1 above. Company net expense on me is about RM16,300 instead of RM23k in option 1.

Is scenario 2 above is allowed and doable? I understand that my EPF is lesser in option 2 but it is not a case for me. I dont mind it.

Another thing is I understand that RM10k that company pay for my expense will be added back for tax calculation. I dont mind it either as my tax bracket and company tax bracket are same.

Is it doable on the second option?

I aware about Benefit in Kind (BIK) for car. In fact, I am using company car at the moment with BIK added into my EA Form.

I like photography but it was like 12-15 years ago I very active. Last 10 years I really leave photography technology. I am thinking of buying the gear again. Mainly for portrait photography either indoor (studio) or outside.

What kind of studio equipment do I need? The lighting, etc. can you suggest a dslr mirrorless or otherwise? Full frame? Etc.

I dont mind spending rm10-15k for start up.

Hi guys,

We are working on the working capital facilities from the bank. One of the bank has verbally approved our application according to the officer. They offer us 8 digits facilities but require us to take corporate guarantee from SJPP/CGC, director guarantee as well as debenture.

We have no on hands experience on the debenture part nor the people around us. Any of you have experience in this? What should we consider/think/know before we agree on the debenture?

Currently, we are renting an office for our office operation. We currently submit a loan to purchase an office and have been approved. We yet to sign for the acceptence. I have question, our company also need trade facilities such as OD, BA, BG, LC, etc. We yet to apply for it. Soon we will.

I am in the middle of buying properties as well as looking as looking for facilities such as Bank Acceptence, LC, etc for my company growth. OCBC is my main banker but they are not offering any facilities to their clients without current facilities. My business does not have facilities with them at the moment. They freeze facilities till June 2022.

If they any bank kind enough to support business now? If you recently get one, please share. Thank you.
