Using Grab. New user here, need guidance.

Hi guys, I just started using Grab. May I know is there any benefit to using Grab wallet to pay, instead of cash, other than convenience?

I notice that when I use grab wallet, the amount is deducted as soon as I book a ride. My concern is because the other day I booked a ride, but after 2 minutes the driver just parked somewhere for over 5 minutes and didn't move so I cancelled the ride, but I was on cash selection. In scenarios like this, if I use grab wallet, will the amount be deducted and is there cancellation charges?

Also, can drivers see my rating? Is there rating for passengers? So far I cancelled twice. One because driver wasn't responding and another time the GPS set my location as somewhere else.

Hi guys, I need your opinion on renting a room.

I'm working in Jalan Maharajalela. I found a room to rent in pj seksyen 14. Is the traffic bad, heading to my workplace? Or is it worth it to spend additional RM350 and stay in brickfields villa Scott?

My salary is RM3200. No other commitments, car fully paid.

I will be driving. Work requires me to bring car.

Tyre depth and front rear wear.

My 4 year old tyres has covered 22000KM on 2018 Honda City.
Using Goodyear GT3.
I checked the front tyre depth it's 3.5mm and rear is around 2.5mm.

Is it supposed to wear out this quickly?
And why the rear wears out faster than the front? Only 2 people in the car most of the time, otherwise 1 person only. Nobody sits behind and don't carry anything in the boot.

Anyone knows how to or if it's even possible to create a shortcut to a folder in storage/android/data/ and put in on the home screen?

I need to access this folder sometimes to delete some files when a particular app stops working.

Using MIUI 11

Let's say you don't drive your car much, only short distance and after 6 years the threads on the tyres are still 4mm. Is there age limit for tyres? Can I use it for another year?

SSD and Windows 10 and BIOS issues

I have an Acer laptop ES1432 with a dead HDD. I'm trying to replace it with an Intel SSD. But I'm facing many problems.

1. The laptop BIOS seems to be locked by the manufacturer. There is no Advanced tab. I can't change UEFI to legacy, or AHCI to RAID or IDE. I tried a few sequence keys from Acer to enable the Advanced options, none work. Maybe this model it doesn't have legacy support?

2. Windows 10 installer doesn't detect the SSD. I've tried downloading Intel RST, and a few AHCI drivers and none of them works.

3. I'm willing to downgrade, but Windows 7 cannot be installed because laptop is stuck in UEFI and the installer just hangs after it loads.

4. I put this SSD into a desktop, and installed Windows 10. Then put the SSD back into the laptop. Windows can load but after 2 minutes I get a blue screen with critical process died.

Any ideas on how to get this done? Is putting an HDD instead of SSD the only option?
