But i have never feel like i have a good boss. And its just too much favorism &amp; politics going on, no promotion i can see coming, high workload, boss didnot respect me (when i take sick leave), plus lazy colleague and i cant stand it anymore. So i start search job at other company<br /><br />Then i got new job offer with higher title and higher salary. I was so happy, i accepted it and throw letter to boss right next day. But then boss counter offer me with promotion + increment. I rejected it bcs I think the place too toxic for me.<br /><br />But now i&#39;m having second thought...the new company im going is rather a smaller company and i dont know the workload and culture there yet, but based on a friend working there, she say the colleagus are nice but need do admin stuffs as well bcs not many staff. Btw my current company is among the top company in my industry, more bonus and more benefit, more AL, less to minimal doing admin stuff. <br /><br />So...if u were in my shoe, would u just suck it up and take the counter offer for a stable financial?
