KUALA LUMPUR: "Jangan positif sangat dengan Pas, mereka boleh tukar ‘goal post’ pada bila-bila masa," kata Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Ahmad Zahid berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas kenyataan Presiden Pas, Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang, yang dilaporkan mendakwa parti itu sedang mengadakan rundingan dengan UMNO bagi membentuk kerjasama politik.

Beliau yang juga Presiden UMNO turut mengesahkan bahawa tidak ada sebarang perbincangan dengan Pas mengenai hala tuju strategi politik menjelang Pilihan Raya Negeri (PRN) Negeri Sembilan pada 1 Ogos nanti.

“Apa yang dinyatakan itu tidak semuanya harus diterima sebagai satu kenyataan yang tepat… jika ada perbincangan pun sekadar persefahaman dan tidak memuktamadkan sebarang perbincangan,” katanya.

Beliau ditemui pemberita selepas menghadiri majlis Majlis Amanat Bersama Kontinjen TVET@KKDW Ke Worldskills Shanghai 2026 di sini hari ini.

Pada masa sama, Ahmad Zahid mengingatkan setiap pihak supaya tidak terlalu optimis terhadap kenyataan politik Pas.

Katanya, pengalaman PRN Johor mengajar UMNO supaya tidak terlalu cepat membuat kesimpulan kerana keadaan boleh berubah menjelang hari penamaan calon.

“Jangan pegang sangat (kenyataan Pas), sebab mereka boleh berubah. Kerana banyak kali dan banyak parti sudah terkena dengan mereka ini,” katanya lagi.

Terdahulu, Abdul Hadi dilaporkan berkata usaha mewujudkan kerjasama politik itu bertujuan memastikan Negeri Sembilan diterajui kerajaan Melayu-Islam selepas pilihan raya.

Beliau turut memaklumkan Pas sedang mengusahakan kerjasama berkenaan serta menyifatkan perbincangan yang berlangsung setakat ini sebagai positif.

Kenyataan itu dibuat selepas melancarkan kempen Nismilan Kito Jago dan majlis kutipan dana Pas Negeri Sembilan semalam.

Free rides on Shah Alam LRT Line for a month starting tomorrow

SHAH ALAM: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced that rides on the Shah Alam LRT Line, as well as on connecting feeder buses, will be free of charge for a month.

This will take effect from tomorrow, June 29, until July 31.

The Shah Alam LRT Line will officially be opened tomorrow for the public.

It's really annoying using Public Bank mobile app

This is just a rant.

It's really annoying using Public Bank mobile app. I frequently use QR payment to make payment to many sellers out there, but the experience of using the QR payment of the this app is really painful.

Took so long to approve my transaction eventhough my internet is fast. I'm using Android phone btw. I'm using this bank since monthly salary credited to this bank.

I don't see these kind of slowness with Maybank QR Pay or even Touch N Go QR.

I don't see anything good by this bank. Calling customer service also sucks. If I want to make huge online transfer, they asked me to answer Security Questions before can transfer. I don't see these nonsense with other banks.

I don't know how people can tolerate using this bank.

I honestly don't understand how Malaysian can tolerate the perfume smells specifically Middle eastern perfumes.

There seems to be an increasing number of sellers offering these products lately at shopping mall or other places. They are growing like mushrooms. The fragrance is overwhelming; even high-end designer perfumes aren't nearly as strong.

Whenever the sales assistant staffs spray them in a public place, the smell is so strong and I find it difficult to breathe when I pass by the shops.

It genuinely feels like a health hazard.

I've no idea how you all can tolerate and buy the perfume.

Automaker discontinue Manual Transmission car

I'm not sure whether most of you realised or not.

Automaker in Malaysia is now focusing on producing a new car with Automatic Transmission car.

I've checked that some car brands that still have manual transmission car such as Perodua Axia E, Bezza 1.0, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Triton.

I didnt include recon car.

All of the other sedans, SUV are now using Automatic transmission.

Are you okay with this move? People that love manual car will have to use Auto car in the future no matter what.

If someone that resigned without notice/quit 24 hours, how serious actually some employers will demand their ex employee to pay for the notice?

I'm talking for employee that earn RM3500 and below or below RM3000?

Do you think employer bother to chase them to make the payment or just ignore it?

Is it worth for the employer to bring it to Civil Claim?

Although I don't like using the Touch 'n Go app and card, I still need/keep the card whenever I go out.

For the past two months, I’ve been using the DASH Highway to get to work. I’ve experienced many situations where I got stuck at the toll because the payment wouldn't go through. I’ve had to press the help button and wait for staff to manually open the barrier.

Another situation happened when I finished a midnight movie at a mall near my home. When I tried to exit, I tapped my debit card, but the payment suddenly failed. I noticed two other cars stuck near me for the same reason and I saw them using debit card. Luckily, I still had a balance on my Touch 'n Go card, so I managed to exit using Touch N Go card.

Credit and debit card terminals at highways and parking lots are still unreliable. I just can't trust them 100% yet. We still have a long way to go before we can highly depends on this alternative payment option.

Do you experienced this kind of situation before this?

I have 1 old Xiaomi Mi 9T that still functioning.

Just now I charged the phone, I turn on the device and open Playstore. This device is currently on Android 10.

I typed Banking and appeared 4 banks that still accept Android 10 and below.

1) Maybank - Accept Android 9 and above
2) RHB Bank - Accept Android 10 and above
3) Cimb Bank - Accept Android 10 and above
4) Hong Leong Bank. - Accept Android 10 and above

If you have some spare phone with older Android version, you still can use as the backup phone for banking.

I don't like eating chicken breast part, but today

I'm a type of person that don't like to eat chicken breast part since I was in school until I'm fully grown adult.

I have few leftover of chicken breast part on my fridge. I mix the chicken breast with soy sauce, black pepper sauce, bbq sauce, mix herbs, oil etc. I marinated for 1 day.

Today I cook it using Air Fryer and the chicken comes out perfect and juicy. I finished eating all the chicken breast.

I'm toooo late to the party.

It takes so long for me to realise that with proper ingredients, u can eat the chicken breast without feeling disgusting.

I willl marinate again in the future for any breast part. It's so tasty.

Why people keep saying that Malaysian is affected by cost of living.

I'm seeing Malaysian still spends like crazy.

Especially when it comes to car, i've seen most people here in Klang Valley is using latest car on the road. I've been using NKVE highway for years and saw 70% is using new car.

When is the last time you saw previous gen Myvi? Especially that Yellow King. Now most people change to latest myvi.

When is the last time you saw Civic Ketam, Honda Jazz, previous gen toyota vios, corolla altis and other brands.

If malaysian affected by the cost of living, they maintain the current car. Use their car for more than 7 years and didnt change new car.

I have one Yellow King myvi that still works perfectly fine at home. I also have other car that I use.

Can someone tell me why Fish & Chips food is so expensive compared to you eat chicken as your meal?

I checked price at Fish & Co and Manhattan Fish Market restaurants; the price of the fish & chips is really expensive.
Same goes with other restaurants that sells Fish & Chips.

Even when I went to frozen section at grocery stores, I saw some of the frozen fish & chips are quite expensive.

The cheapest fish & chip that I saw usually around RM15-RM18, but most of the time the price would be RM28 and above.

Am I the only saw that more and more people are getting sick recently?

I went to a place that really crowded with people. People coughing, sneezing like crazy.

I hear they keep snorting their nose with that "srot sret, srot sret" sound.

I saw some of them hingus meleleh leleh. Some inconsiderate asshole coughing so loud near me and I need to run away from them.

Is it because of the unpredictable weather or side effect of beksin?
