noticed in general ,
1. when an offence was captured , the offender tries to attack the enforcer if he had been selectively persecuted (why mr x was not call up ?)
2. when an offence was captured , the offender tries to evade defend by saying it will affect its dependents ( party cannot function and welfare projects to the poor affected )

defense 1 - it is unfair you catch me , so let me go free . ( selective persecution logic )
defense 2 - you must let me go , because if the poor is affected , you as the person who catch me is responsible ? (hostage logic )

employers should be pay for employee housing , as they are profiteering from low wages in the country and weak RM
government should pay as well dollar for dollar what the employee paid

all this to be done vis some similar mechanism in CPF
