Now value 650K
Paper gain 300K

Parents ask me sell property to my brother at cheaper price let say 400K since I'm moving to oversea

from finance background
Been doing SME finance post for 5 Years
Recently changed to US based companies
found out I really don't like or I can say personally don't fit the position
And I know i won't be staying long

Should I continue to find finance/accounting related job?
Current qualification could probably start from Senior post, but salary won't go any higher aka more than 10K/mth

Or change to sales, no matter sell insurance/property/cars
but it could let me earn potential higher salary

I'm so lost in the age of 30 with lots of debt
Desire to have more income to pay off and make life better

went Maybank and Public bank said cannot
haven't tried others bank yet

water bill (min charges) - 20
car loan (7yrs to go) - 530
insurance & rtax (2 cars) - 200
ptptn (80% to go) - 460
ccard installment- (finish soon) - 800
family loan (end in Sep'22) - 2000
life insurance - 170
med card - 110
internet (fibre) - 150
prepaid phone bill (2 person) - 70
food (2 person) - 500
elec bill - 180 to 250
petrol (2 cars) - 400 to 500
kids (soon to have) - cant imagine
unexpected expenses - ?

Need at least RM8K-10K to sustain
been trying to earn extra income by investing but end up losing money

based on the items above, which one do you think can cut/lower it down
or I should consider changing job that offer higher pay
