Salary renegotiation after job offer

Got a job offer recently. HR generalist role for small company that is 6 years old with about 20 local staffs.

Ayam 27 this year with 5 years of generalist experience. The role directly report to CEO who is an Angmoh at overseas. This is basically 1 man show with future expansion plans on 6months to 1 year (I will have direct report then).

After interview I told headhunter I am ok for 6k (my mistake, my last drawn is 6k). But later I asked for more details on bonus, vacation days and other allowance. No bonus, only 18 AL days. No other allowance. Got insurance coverage only. Mon to Fri 9 to 6pm at office.

Now they are asking if I am ok with 6k for them to prepare offer letter. Will I look bad if I ask for RM 6.5k now that I got more details on other benefits?

Ayam also thinking if I can propose them to offer me RM 6.5k after probation instead (and will ask them to put black and white on offer letter).

Come share your opinion on what should I do.

My car plate was replaced

Usually I park near shoplots near my house as I live in walk-up apartment. Got few cars near mine (about 200m?) parked overnight there also and it's near roadside.

This morning my car plate at the back was pasted on with another car plate that is completely random, my front car plate was untouched (it had a missing number because it fell off recently)

Suspect potential car theft gone wrong? Or someone messing with car plate? But very suspicious because the car plate pasted on looks perfect.

I went to police station already. Officer there also felt weird why only back car plate changed (even weirder that it was pasted on and they didn't bother removing my original car plate num)

My neighbors told me maybe someone tried to steal my car but got interrupted hence they left it. One of my friends said maybe someone just play play put a plate there (really wtf).

Any of you experienced or heard of this before?
Help me send parcel to Canada

Please recommend good courier service to Canada.

Looking to send my gf at Canada a box of personalized gifts like a dress, small photo frame and cards. Some details below (I'm a noob at international shipping pls let me know if I missed anything):

Weight: 1 to 1.5kg max

Type of box: Small box. Rough measurement of L, W, H: 30 cm x 27 cm x 4 cm

Expected delivery can wait for few weeks to a month or so, not urgent. Delivery is to residence address.

I checked DHL (most expensive), Fedex and Poslaju. Poslaju is the cheapest but not sure whether they pick up from my door or I have to go counter. Anyone has experience?

Thanks in advance.

Travel to Langkawi in Feb

Hello, planning a trip to Langkawi on 19 Feb 2021 for a week. What are the current SOPs ? Or can just fly in without restriction?

I'm local and flying from KL. Will MAS or Airasia be better? (In b4 don't want to support tony to buy another tesla)

Having a foreign friend flying from Canada to meet me and my another friend there through the travel bubble.

Anyone who went to Langkawi recently, can share experience? Do locals need PCR test or need to book tour or anything else? Thx in advance

Drillz of drunk kitty to light up your night

Single female living alone in KL

Hi I am a 26 year old girl who stayed in KL with my parents all my life now wanting to move out.

Reason being wanting independence and the noise level at home is now severely interrupting my focus at work (I work from home full time now) as my sister, husband and 1 year old niece moved in with us as my bro in law lost his job.

My bf works overseas and we will be moving into a property in about 1.5 - 2 years time. My office is at Midvalley area (expected to return to office maybe early next year or never). I have a car.

I looked around a few places on property guru and viewed few units, which place would you recommend for a girl living alone?

- Zen suites at Zetapark Setapak

- Heritage condominium at Setapak

- Livia Residences @ C180

- Dorchester Apartment at Hartamas

- The Veo, Kuala Lumpur

For my living space - whole unit only (do not want housemates). Gated and guarded is a must. I am ok if no aircond/washing machine. Prefer to have bed. Kitchen cabinet + fridge is a must. Partially or fully furnished only. Above 500 sqft. Carpark provided if can. Low density preferred.

My rental budget (excl. utilities) is RM 1,000 - RM 1,200. My income (after statutory deductions) is RM 5,000. My commitments amount to RM 2,500 so far.

Need sifus advices thank youuu 😬😬
