Hi folks,

I am currently considering an underconstruction corner 2-storey terrace facing North West (as picture shown). I like the location but the problem is with the sunset/temperature issue. The situation is that in the morning, the sun will shine upon the back of the house, and during afternoon, the sun will shine upon the front and the side of the house.

So, I would like to ask any forumer here had stayed or is staying in such a house as described? How do you overcome the heat or mostly afternoon sunset issue? Or any other advices are welcomed.

Assuming the price is fair for the location and the house has approximately 20ft side land.

Scratches from tyres rotation

Make long story short:
-Alignment out of order for 5000km
-Went to alignment-fixing shop, person-in-charge says need to rotate the tyres as the front tyres' outermost treads worn faster than the innermost treads due to prolonged alignment problem.
-Fixed, paid and went home.
-Found out 1 week later that there are scratches on the areas surrounding the nuts for ALL rims as picture shows!

So my question is:
-Does anyone face this kind of problem before? How do you deal with it?
-Should I confront the person-in-charge?
-If nothing can be done, how to minimise the scratch scar?

I've been receiving CALLS from a number, 012-xxxxxxx, almost every night last week and today he/she called again.

The problem that is that caller never talked, and sometimes can hear that he/she is pressing the button. And after like 1 minutes, the caller will end the call.

Is there any way to identify who's the caller?

P/S: I'm not asking for how to BAN the number. I want to IDENTIFY who is the caller.

He said "I just start working today". OK, perhaps I will receive my phone LATEST by today(28 May 2008). All the while, I remain calm but it seems people like this think I'm weak?
