TNB meter tampering

Wfh and noticed two unknown man talking with dad after entering condo unit to "test" aircond.

Asked them what they doing and they tell me to stfu, and go back to work. Knew they did something on the tnb meter as the electricity was on and off.

While dad brought man A to show something, man B entered my room without knocking and told me if I dare to snitch, that's on me because it's my dad's decision.

I told him to gtfo and he told me not to interrupt their job. Man b added many people also did the same thing and didn't get caught especially condo. Almost had a physical fight with man b after a few exchanges in cantonese

Confronted my dad after they left and he say government won't catch us so fast. If want catch, they should catch the neighbor too because they "flipped' meter too. Won't TNB also catch us too if neighbour kena caught first? DAFUQ?????

Questions: How safe is this before TNB catches on so can I convince my father to change his decision? He paid approx 1.5k to get the meter thing done.

Old classmate decided to gamble, incurred losses and borrow from ah long.

Many of us chipped in a bit to help settle loan and hope he change but didn't.

He really jialak dis time and say might suicide because can't repay the amount.

We firmly said no as we got life commitments and ask him to find michael chong and relevant authorities.

I don't feel sorry at all if he suicide. I did my best. We all did our best.
