To all the sifu's out there..I have 2 problem with my pc:

1. Im currently using Asus M4N78 mobo, 2 X 2gb Kingston KHX8500D2K2/4G ram and its supposed to run at speed of 1066Mhz (correct me if im wrong) and according to my BIOS and Cpu-z its only running on 800Mhz.My mobo supports DDR2 ram up to 1200Mhz and I have attached the ram as per the mobo guide but not much of a solution. So please advise how do I solve the problem.

2. Im using WD 1TB SATA 2 32Mb HDD and Im planning to set it to AHCI mode instead of its default SATA mode and my IDE controller is enabled. My question is will it be faster and what would be the difference in terms of data transfer?

FYI Im using Windows 7 64bit.
