Working for company serving "Gray" area customer

So there's multiple opportunities come to me from IT company that serving gaming industry. Issue is, the game that they are talking about is gambling game.

Those "games" might not be operating in Malaysia, but in China, Vietnam etc. instead. Those company also stress on they are not operating the game, just supporting on the backend service and integration.

My question is
1. Are these really legal in Malaysia with nothing to worry about?
2. Will it be OK one day but suddenly police come and "sapu"?

Got an offer from Fusionex. Read through comments in jobstreet, glassdoor, xiaohongshu. Is it still as chaotic as those comments? Most appreciate on advise from current employee.

Change Gearbox

My 2007 Toyota Altis 1.6 AT need to change gearbox. My mechanic quoted me RM 2800 for GB from Japan half cut shop and warranty is only one week. The warranty seems too short.

Anyone have experience on changing GB and is the warranty really this short? Any reliable mechanic to recommend in kajang area?

Expensive Car Floor Mat worth it?

Anyone have experienced the high end car mat (Trapo, Enzo, Dodomat) before? Justify for their high price in term of quality, reliability, longevity? Out of the 3 brands which one is better?

Get rid of it or worth keeping?

Has a 15 year old Altis and now starting to give a lot of issues. Gearbox, power window, alternator, demister, drive shaft and other small issues here and there. Furthermore, had overhauled the engine few years ago and potentially it will give problems in a few years time.

After survey around, probably will cost around 8k to make it nice again. So, worth keeping the car or get rid of it and get a cheap P2?

Buying car number plates

Getting a new car and want to buy number plates by myself to save on the RM100 runner fees.

What are the documents/info need to provide to JPJ? Can I buy other states number?
Btw will just buy some ordinary numbers, not special numbers.

Need help for choosing a B-seg Sedan

I have narrowed down to 2 cars, Honda City and Nissan Almera. Here I list down the pros and cons that I found out during my test drive and survey.

City
Pros
1. More reliable
2. Better Resale value
3. More spacious
4. Android Auto
Cons
1. Not that good looking
2. Not that exciting to drive
3. more expensive
4. too common

Almera
I have test drove Almera twice but it gives me different conclusion. First test drive was very nice, car is smooth, feels powerful, the 3 cylinder doesnt really feel like it. Second test drive is not so nice, brake feels clunky, mysterious lag when start moving from standstill, the whole drive feels not smooth at all and then I noticed the car mileage is clocked at 28,000km. So was wondering is it the mileage and lack of maintenance that is causing the problem. Anyway, list of pros and cons below.
Pros
1. Very good looking
2. turbo feels nice
3. Cheaper
Cons
1. TC reputation
2. Nissan gearbox famous for issue
3. Second test drive made me worry for the reliability
4. No Android Auto

Help me to decide.

SST Exemption Speculation

To all the sifus, do you all think will SST exemption going to be extended? I am actually looking to replace my car but currently I am WFH so getting a new car will just mean collecting dust in my car porch. But the exemption is too good to be miss. What is your speculation for the SST? Should I get a car before June?

High White Blood Cell Count

Just done a blood health check and it showed that some of my White Blood Cells (WBC) are higher than normal. Should I be alarmed and get a more thorough check.

Foamy Urine

I have foamy urine everytime I pee. Just heard from radio it might due to kidney problem. What kind of test to check on my problem? Is normal blood test and urine test sufficient?

Also where would you recommend for the test? I am convenient for Kajang or PJ area.

B-segment Sedan + X50

Looking for buying a new car with 80-90k budget and I do favour sedan over SUV but x50 seems like a good choice also at this price point.

Mainly used for driving to work which is 30km from my house. Prefer something that is comfortable to during endless traffic jam in KL.

Also a good plus point is they have good sound system in the car so I can enjoy the music during the jam.
