2. Screen sometimes show "cross". When I google, its actually factory defect (see picture)

Reason for sale:
thinking of replacing the screen, but decide to sell off to people who want to change the screen.
I ask apple support to change the screen since the "cross" is factory defect, but they say need to send Singapore etc.
kindly note, phone is fully functional. screen issues has no impact at all. later COD test kaw2.
