Housing loan installment increase - normal?

Hi friends, hope you don’t mind me asking a noobie question here. I have a housing loan that I just started paying recently, took possession of newly constructed house a few mths ago. In last few days I got a letter from bank instructing me that monthly installments will be revised upwards. I thought banks will usually adjust the tenure of loan instead of actual installments? I also am not aware of any recent OPR hikes….could this be a result of difference between my S&P loan rate and current rate? Lastly, is there anything I can do about it like negotiating with bank or something? Thanks.

Condo Rental trends 10 years ago - anyone knows?

I’m just curious to know how Property rental prices for Condos especially have been in the past 10 years. I know it’s a long time ago, does anyone know how much a 2/3 bedroom condo in a prime KL/PJ area rented for back in 2010 compared to now? Not much data online, I could find some price trends in Property Guru that mostly showed rentals may be on a reducing trend, perhaps due to oversupply?

Are there people outside of Klang working at Westport? Heard it’s damn far, an hour away from KL & PJ and have to drive the infamous Pulau Indah highway everyday 🤕. Worth working for this company?
