Good or bad boss

Does anyone ever think of themselves as a bad boss?

I noticed that there are many employees for example who resigned when working under a specific boss for example but somehow the boss doesn't ever think he or she is the main reason even when some of the braver employees actually voiced out to the manager.

Anyone here have any insights or reasoning on why these bosses cannot believe that they are not a good person/manager/boss?

I really hate to work

I am not sure if this is common but I dislike working..
it gets on my nerves when people with problems that are not mine come to me or people who taichi work to me..

Anyone else experiencing this?

Couldn’t I just do my 9-5 job in peace with just the same work over and over without new ad hoc things coming.

Career shift

Anyone ever did a job which they are not so good at and now especially with pandemic it’s even harder to learn on the job and decided to shift to external recruitment?

How old were you and for those in that line, how is it like? Cause I heard lawyers and engineers have done the shift but I am wondering how well do they adapt especially in pandemic times

Easy way out

I always have this notion of wanting the easy way out and running away the moment things get tough…

How can I stop doing that? Even though I know I have commitments to pay and a family to look after..

And how does one become better at their job if no one teaches or guides you on the job

Work problems

I was always curious about ppl who work in all other firms..
Are everyone normally good at what they do or most actually are average or below average but grit your teeth and stay on?

What’s the mindset do you all employ to do so short of having to put food on the table and having commitments to pay?

And if you are not good in your given field as a whole like engineering or accountancy, how do you tell yourself to hang on and work?
