From penang to kampar. After 1 or 2 days aircon starts smelling like rat piss, at first I dint mind but smell still there after 2 weeks. I assumed it was aircon leakage or smth and took it to an aircon service/repair shop. Boss checked and found no leakage and say maybe is condenser or smth. To repair will cost RM1.5K, I called my father and my father say probably cutthroat price and told me to take to other shop. Boss from service shop still charge me RM150 for taking the components out and installing it back... I&#39;m only a college student and repair shops around here probably all cutthroat one, should I tell my father that I just drive back to penang and let him handle it since he will have money ready and plus he is older and probably won&#39;t get scammed. Or should I check other shops, I&#39;m quite embarrassed at this point to ask my friends to pick me up from repair shops after leaving the my car to be checked.
