Water Leak

My apartment has water leak recently.

The water was from top apartment which is a hostel that rent to a bunch of college students.

I have reported to the owner and also has repair 3 times. All these while was repair by the worker hired by the owner.

Until now, the problem still there. I'm quite fed up on this.

May I know is there any way to force the owner to fix it like sending lawyer letter?

The management will not help on this because the warranty (is this how it called) has no more. The management asked us to settle by ourself.

Any idea how to solve this kind of case?

I'm planning to apply streamyx and found they charge rm88 for installation fee.

I want to install by myself to save this rm88.

So wanna ask, does self installation very difficult? what I need to do for this self installation?

I will move to Palm Spring Condominiums (Sekysen 13,Kota Damansara, PJ) on next week and noticed this InfoAge technology provide broadband service in that area. Any comment on this company? Does anyone apply broadband from this company? What make me concern is the after service. Is there other company provide broadband service?

Ok, Just a warning from an infoage broadband user....

They provide the best service is when you subscribe their broadband service...they can do it for you within 24 hours....sounds good rite...

Ok, here is the interesting part. They provide the worst service when you request for a techincal help.

Example,
I made a call demand for a technical help because my line can't connect to internet. After I gave a call to their so called technical support and made an appointment. They didn't show up at all...no phone call, no people come to my house...At the end, I need to make few calls to ask them come to solve my problem....

From my streamyx and infoage experience, this infoage is worse than streamyx!

Just want to let those who happened to google this broadband provider to know thier BEST service
