• To provide qualified leads and book appointments for the outside sales team, to generate new business.

• To follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.

• To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities

• To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language.

• To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.

• To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone & email, building positive relationships, and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.

• To deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and / or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome

• To maintain and update records in our CRM system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements.

• To ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of organisations products and services, which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately and supported by the department.

Unlock Maxis Broadband Huawei E-1762 Modem

Problem with Maxis E762 Modem is that, when you insert a Non-Maxis broadband card into it, you would require to key-in an Unlock Code. Since you paid for the modem, I do not see why you should be relying at 1 Provider (especially when you are staying in Malaysia)

Thus I decided to perform some re-branding and reset the firmware back to its original stage.

Due to hosting company complaint that i abuse their server by allowing people to download the Acer server from my shared hosting server...

I had relocated to my own Virtual Server. But the speed is not that fast.... Hope you guys can bare with it...
