How do people usually split rental?

Hi, my friends and I are going to rent the entire unit of condominium which consist of 1 master bedroom + 2 bedroom. We are university students tho.

Now, one of my friends came up with an idea to take the amount of rental fees for one unit and divided by the total people. So there is a total of 6 people where 2 people will stay inside one room.

As what I have seen and heard before, people tend to pay based on the price of their own room only right ? Or the other way around?

Example:
RM1500/6 people =RM250 (paid by one person)

or
Master bedroom = RM 600
1 bedroom = RM450
1 bedroom = RM450
Total RM1500

Isn't it unfair for the people that pay the same amount but have to share the outside toilet with other person, where the two people stay inside the master bedroom can use their own toilet in their room ?

Being a good brother, I found out my sister some sort of cheating and she is currently engaged. But recently she was going out with the another guy without telling her fiance and I heard she was flirting and calling the another guy babe on the phone. The another guy does not look like a good guy either and I wonder what he do to let me sister fall into him. That guy tho has a girlfriend.

I told my sister about this and she was denying it and start to be very very alert whenever I am around her but I still caught her doing it, chatting with that guy in an erotic way.

My sister and her fiance even took wedding photography and everyone know that she is going to be married. I'm so worried about this if things get out of control and im sure my sister would be the one who is hurt the most! Should I tell my parents about this? dear /k, do you encounter acne problem all the time and how do you solve them? i have been trying salicylic acid , niacinamide and retinol but no use at all! it just come back and come back which i am so frustrated!
