How to address a malay woman?

Hello,

I normally send solicited messages based on the ads that users have engaged with but when it comes to addressing a malay woman, I'm not sure if I should address as CIK or PUAN (as I have no idea if they are married and obviously couldn't ask that question in the first part of my message).

Any idea? In English, I could simply address as madam, Ma'am or even Ms.
But is CIK acceptable as a generic term in addressing a malay woman?

SHAH ALAM - A mother of three is believed to have committed suicide after being cyber-bullied in TikTok.

Sashikala Nadarajah, 44-year-old was found dead at her home in USJ, Subang Jaya in the early morning today.

Her TikTok account is believed to be @sashikala1978 had a barrage of hateful comments over her appearance and her handbag collections.

Her sudden death has sparked anger over social media while her followers urge the cops to probe the involved cyber-bullies.

Sinar Daily called Pantai Police Station and was told that the post-mortem will be carried out tomorrow.

"Her body is now at Universiti Hospital for post-mortem," the police officer added.

Meanwhile, another Tik Tok user, Rose Veronica, the founder of Veron Academy claimed the main reason for Sashikala's death was cyber-bullying.

"Sashikala is no more. Her kids told that their mother could not tolerate the hateful comments on her Tik Tok account.

"I couldn't imagine in what state she was to take such a drastic decision," Veronica claimed through a video in her TikTok account @roseveronfdam uploaded at 4am.

PSA: Be careful with your Setel/Mesra Points

I'm not the type that would often check my Mesra points and redeem it for fuel/items from the Mesra store but on a particular day, I was curious to know how much points I have accumulated.

Disclaimer:
- Since the beginning, I have linked my Mesra physical card to my Setel app
- Never redeemed anything using the physical card

6-Jun:
- I shot up my Setel app > Rewards and noticed that I only had 76 points (was expecting more than 5500+ points). I thought maybe rest of the points had expired
- Within the same Setel app, I went into Mesra points history > only to see that around 5400+ points had been redeemed on 31st May 2022 at JALAN ROZHAN (PETRONAS)

- I quickly Googled to see where on earth is this Jalan Rozhan and it seems to be at Penang!
- I was never even in Penang during that time as my hometown, house and workplace is at Selangor / KL
- Quickly chat with them via the app itself and reported the issue > got a case number

Waited for a week+, no reply ( I was told that they will get back to me in 3 ~ 5 working days ). I chat with them again today and found out that they've indeed emailed me on the day that I logged the case but the mail eventually landed in my Gmail's SPAM folder.

This is what they replied:

So there it is! Apparently, there was a 'technical glitch' in the system causing my points to be redeemed by someone else for god knows what reason.

When I tried to renew my car insurance online, I've realised that some insurers (Etiqa etc.) has an option to name specifically my authorized drivers by keying in their name, IC no and so forth whilst some others do not require this information and will simply put there 'All Authorized drivers will be covered". Now my question is, how the insurers would know which driver has been authorized by myself?

Hey all, so I am planning to do some clearance sale of the stuffs at my home and I am wondering, how do I figure out the postage fees for each item that I'm about to list? For example, in Carousell, they have an option for delivery but I'm not sure how to key in the postage fees for west/east malaysia.

Do I need to weigh each item and determine from there? Or is there any standard rate based on the size/weight estimation?
