MI TV P1 bootloop

Hi guys!

i'm having a problem with the MI TV P1 that i just bought recently.
after i turned it on and finished the setup, it went into bootloop as soon as it showed the home menu.
i tried changing power source and plugs, but to no avail.
is there any other fix that i can do?
