Took LRT to KL today. Because want try save a bit petrol.

Almost everyone who take lrt is uncultured swine. All rush in like sheep, and everyone took their sweet time to disembark.

Some indon kept pushing when the path was clearly blocked. Some dumbshit lalazhai blocked the escalator like his father punya.

Next time will just drive so don't mix too much with uncultured people.

Is walk in now available? Any immigration office will turn away people for walk in? Googled but a bit confusing; some say can some say cannot.

Can employer see your income tax form?

So I have some side income which I plan to declare income tax. But of course there are some expenses such as fuel or whatnot that I wish to use as deduction.

As I already have a full time job, I will of course file my income under BE form. With the additional deductibles, I will need to file B form.

So my question is, can my employer find out which income tax form I fill, thereby deduce that I have side job? Or is there any other way around this?

So I am a normal kuli for few years and have been filing Borang B.

Let's say this year I started doing some gig job as part time e.g. Grab, I will need to report that as tax right?

So my questions are:
1)to file this part time gig income under Borang or Borang BE?
2) will my employer know if I change income tax form filing? I do not wish them to find out I do part time job.
3) I saw BE form need fill the business name. Just put Grab? And can I claim the petrol and car maintenance as expenses?

So today I am just hanging out at the Curve. Then got one bald Indian who speaks very good English approach me.

He say he is Singaporean and atm eat his dbs card. At first he ask got pawn shop around or not, want to pawn his gold chain for cash. He need urgent money. Then I told him to go poh kong to try. Then he say they only willing to exchange other gold.

Then he ask whether I can help him or not. He even asked few times and I also ask him go balai to get help. Then he say the nearby polis bantuan say no need bother as the police won't entertain. He sounded sincere but my scammer shield turned on and I declined to help him.

Then he just say nvm thanks.

Not sure he really scammer or really needed help. Too many scammer nowadays caused everyone's heart turn to stone.

Moral of the story: carry few credit cards when go foreign places. Nobody will help you.

Today I met an Insta influencer

So today by chance, I was able to meet an Insta influencer.

But for some reason, she seems rather cold to me. Didn't talk much even when I mention I got follow her. Didn't offer to take picture or whatever also. I thought Instagrammers would at least pretend to be happy to meet one of their fans.

But today I am quite disappointed. What you guys think?

How to squeeze

So I just finished one month in new job. Everything is OK, bos is nice, pay is decent, less workload etc etc.

Then someone from previous industry approach me, basically say I can ask for whatever I want because that industry is quite hard to find people. Not many new people interested to join. But I reject la... as I'm not really interested in that field also.

So question is... Anyway I can squeeze my new employer a bit? I don't want go full out blackmail for better terms as they seem like nice people. But I do want to hint to them that I'm still in demand and hopefully they will upgrade better package. Anyone got experience in this?

Job Dilemma

So currently my job offers salary around RM4xxx. But got offer company car/ travel allowance RM875 (not both at the same time)

But bos a bit susah and currently work load quite high.

I managed to find another job that can offer RM5xxx. About 15 to 20% increment. Got a lot of benefits also. BUT need own car and no fixed travel allowances.

Same type of job but seems to me less peripheral work load. The MD who interviewed me was a pretty lady. So is plus point.

Highest spec proton saga installment around RM500.

I am a bit pissed at current job, but do you guys think the second offer is worth it? After minus off car installment macam almost same...but EPF can get more money la.

What you guys think?

Is Grab or Lalamove now still worth it?

As per title.

Now I am working full time,doing sales. But my industry is going through a bit of rough patch lately. Heightened competition, a lot of plant cut cost etc etc

So feel like doing grab/lalamove before moving on to another thing.

Note: I do need to get a new car though as now I don't have own vehicle. Looking at the top spec Saga which costs about rm500/month

Anyone can advise?

Question about Stamp Duty Exemption

So I am purchasing my first property, which is priced under RM500k.

As I am first home buyer and i joint name with my parent (who is also first time buyer), we should be exempted from paying stamp duty.

However, my lawyer informed me that IRB still tabulated in RM6500 for stamp duty.

As per my instructions, he has proceeded to file an appeal.

So did anyone face this issue before?

How to negotiate higher salary?

Hi guys.

As per topic, how do you negotiate for higher salary increment? How you guys open the topic? My job has quite mediocre salary but benefits are OK for me. Been working around 2 years. Currently normal exec level.

And did anyone encounter HR asking for payslip when searching for new job? Pretty sure it is to lowball you. How to handle this issue? I not confident enough to say no to that tbh.
