2026 Big Screen TV recommendation

Guys,

I/m looking for a TV for my bedroom at my work home. I’m accustomed to OLEDs but am open to exploring other tech atm - coming from my current c9 and c4.
My Priority:
a) Support HDMI 2.1 for VRR PS5 pro Gaming - mainly single player gaming - nonfps/noncompetitive
b) HDR10+ or Dolby Vision for Netflix content and Apple TV
c) Reliable Panel Manufacturer or Reputable brand (able to last 5 years such as my current TV)
d) +80" size with budget 15k
e) In Johor preferably

I don’t really need the latest and greatest, as I just want a solid performer without bad processing and seeing blooming or dodgy artifacts. Came across the 85 inch Bravia 5 from 2025 for 12.7k. Curious if there are comparable TCL or other models I should be looking at? More than happy to not use anymore than I need to of the budget.

Condo renovation - new - 1000sqf - design & build

Hi, am looking to renovate my first home and was looking around for an end to end renovation contractor to help design and build out a 2 bedroom condo. ~1000sqf condo.

Came across the above two, and have approached them for their designs and quotations (signature design rep has been very slow to get back). Wanted to seek out for some suggestions of other well established companies I should consider.

Cabin Studio was very helpful and have so far been very quick in addressing questions, but I was not able to find much in terms of reviews online. Has anyone here had experience with them before?

Have been away from the PC hardware cycle for a number of years and am rather lost trying to sift through the current specs to find a laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Requirements-
- 60% personal 40% work
- personal use - bog standard web surfing/ social media/ Netflix/ email
- work use - the usual Microsoft office suite work/ some review of Autocad (civil eng)/ emails
- Budget RM3-4k
- Macs are out of the question because of compatibility issues with connecting to our company file server
- 8-16gb Ram
- dedicated GPU preferable for Autocad (a 10xx series or equivalent should suffice)
