I happened to go to a club in Scott Garden last week. The club has PR and you just need to order some drinks for yourself and the PR.

Just to my curiosity, how much investment we need for this kind of club?? The happy hour promotion was so cheap for the tower beer, how are they making money from it?

Apple announced new iPhone, i posted something neutral in my fb , then Robot fan boy said robot already got this and that in 2010,2012... bla bla bla

Then colleague morning said you know how many robot fone i can buy with the amount they charge on iPhone.

Actually what I wanna say is....

1. Apple user never compare with Robot user. Regardless your bigger screen but battery consuming, multi tasking but laggy... etc
2. You already knew Apple will price everything higher than your robot product, stop complaining.
3. I know you own Ipad/Iphone and Robot at the same time, if you are not happy with your Ipad/Iphone, sell it off la. Why keep on complaining no OTG, no keyboard no mouse(you retard is it, this is tablet , want to use keyboard and mouse then get a laptop la... please don't get macbook if you don't like apple).
4. Just continue to be 屌丝 and don't disturb us Apple users!

WTA - Car trade in

The Toyota salesman agreed to trade in my car for a certain price, I got the bank loan signed after deducting the trade in price. BTW, my current car was fully settled with bank.

My car is about to arrive in a week or two, salesman called me to get the car for PUSPAKOM test & ownership transfer (garan & insurance policy) on next week.

This is the first time for me to trade in, I have few questions in mind:

1. Is there any black & white to protect me after the ownership transfer, like invoice to show this is the trade in car?
2. The agreed trade in price , it is more on verbal agreement and no black & white prove that sales person agreed to trade in for the amount when we had the deal.
3. I felt not secure for doing these kind of ownership transfer without black & white....any comments?

Hi guys,

I am getting a new car soon and will trade in my existing car to them. But I have to wait for a month+ until they have the stock, car dealer agreed to trade in my car for RM XXX . I can keep my car till the day they hand over me new car, then trade at the agreed price.

Yesterday the agent called me to get my geran, original copy. I refuse to give them, but offered a photostat copy instead.

This is my first time of trade in car, what is the correct procedure? Just want to be cautious.

1. Change the business type with SSM or I need a brand new registration?

50000 x 0.05 = 2500 / year interest
1 month for the first year is = 208

each month repayment is
50000/84= 596
596+208 = RM804

i am thinking of to start a small business and will register an "enterprise" license from gov. Asides from getting the license, what is the other knowledge i should know?

I think gov will surely wanted to tax your income in "enterprise" license. Is it just a normal accountant can help me to do the job for the company transaction and declare it every year?
