advice on buying property for short stay

I need advice. Basically, Im in my early 30's, single and looking to purchase the first property.

I have been collecting cash since starting working and looking to buy one in the next few months. But recently, I also decided to do a Ph.D. overseas at the end of the year.
This Ph.D. will take me 4-5 years to finish and I am hoping to settle in the country where I would be doing my Ph.D. after that.

But, my old folks are pressuring me to still buy a property in Malaysia no matter what my decision about the Ph.D. They are willing to give me like 30-40% cash to purchase a property with condition that I have to move to the new house once I buy one. So, I need to get a recently VP unit or subsale.

But, I am in a dilemma. I don't see my plans in this country in the future but at the same time, I don't want to miss this opportunity to use the cash from them.

My bigger issue is it best to buy a property below RM 600k or around the range of RM 600K to RM 900K. I am thinking of which type of property is easier to sell in current market condition say in 3-5 years time. I think properties below RM 600 k is easier to sell as most Malaysians income capacity are up to this level whereas the expensive houses are limited to rich ppl.

Ultimately, I like to use this cash to fund a property overseas.

I ve been going out with this girl who is also my colleague for almost 2 months now. She is actually been working with me for 8 months but only recently I asked her out.

during work time, its hard for me to talk closely with her as i am so bz with work and she is from a different department.

In the 1st date, i sort of confess that I liked her and told her how far can we bring the relationship to.

And, been going out for almost once a week to random places .

I ve started to like her very deeply and even told her this.

But she responded, I am not ready for relationship and told me to just wait and see how things go.

But over time, she shared so much about her past relationships and herself and so to me.

She never allow me to hold hands or kiss her in the mouth and the only kiss she gave was on my cheeks. (Am i rushing things?)

At times, I do wonder if she is still interested but why is she not showing any interest back? But she still says yes to going out with me.

Lately, I went on a holiday trip with her and other friends and since coming back, she been giving me silent treatment.

I am honestly so confused about what is goin on ( did i do or say something wrong) or is she seeing someone else??

Texted her a few days ago to apologize for any mistake I made and she only replied 2 days later to say its all fine (i dont know what happen?)

Can anyone pls advice me on my situation or what can i do to fix things?

there is this girl in my office that always place used tea bag in empty cup in the refrigerator.

last time only 1 cup, now she put 2 cups.

any reason for this ? i threw away the tea bag once but next day she put again.

lock folders problem

I have used a folder locking method as taught by this link : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/536492

I have already used this program for almost 2 months and kept my personal stuff in it.
I did not touched or opened it for 2 weeks already.
But today, I couldnt open the folder. The locker bat does not accept my password.
Besides that, the folder which i kept my stuff in it was visible in the drive. (usually it will be invisible when it is locked)
Despite it being visible, I couldnt find any of my files in it. I assumed it was suddenly saved into my control panel folder.
So now, how can i obtain my files under the control panel?

Back when I was a young kid, I always dreamt of being a superhero and even asked my name to change my name to Spiderman

I cant think of many more superhero so when i have many more name I will start a poll .

Lack of concentration

As the title states , I have a problem concentrating on a object or person for long period of time .
For instance ,I cant look at the blackboard for more than 5 seconds .After a while , I get tired and eventually I will get headache .
This also applies to when i am speaking to a person .
I always have to look away from the person's eye during a conservation.
This can irraterate the other person
So I wonder if anyone have any cure for this ?

This is my account and not dumbojackson's account as mentioned by RBR.
The reason we have the same ip is becoz we share the same computer .
And,I dont get the reason why his thread wuz deleted and he got banned.Sure it wuz a stupid thread and as his name states DUMBOjackson ,he is like that .
U cud have at least deleted his thread and forget bout banning him .
So i wish u can reduce his ban or demolish his ban.
