PCI-E current booster mod

Based on the guide by Shamino from Vr-zone, I decided to go ahead with this mod as i need a little extra juice out of graphics card. For those cards which doesn't have any external power source, this mod should be ideal. I didn't like the idea of drawing the power from the PCI-E slots.

For those of you who had thoughts about venturing into extreme cooling aka Phase change cooling, here's a place to start off. And for those who are already into it....post your pics here and share your experience.

Post your enquries here. I can say its no easy task but once you get the hang of it, it's going to be fun and challenging.

Let me start off for ya.

This is my new Dual stage cascade.

I used 2 rotary compressors. Another option is using hermatic compressors

1st stage - 1HP compressor r22. Above it is the HX (Heat Exchanger - Pipe-in pipe design)

2nd stage - 2HP compressor r410a

R410a and r22

Cap tube from condensor of 1st stage connected to the HX

Cap tube freezing when charging 1st stage

CPU evaporator mounted onto the mainboard.
