how about rumah selangorku for selangorians? anyone bought can share experience?

due to all type of mco happen in our country, many things has been taken online
online class (E-learning) for students, meetings for all working adults, live stream selling
friend invited me to join him last week for property virtual tour, agreed cz my first time too
the agent explain to him on the unit and heard some bgm maybe he try to impress him, do u think virtual helps in current situation?

does working as part timer for real estate/insurance/rider can generate some nice side income?
some fren have been working part time for above job and not to say earn lots but can up to 1-2k extra to save or spend a bit more
got fren suggest mlm but not into those selling products lol
k what u did for ur side income? got gib extra to waifu?

lately agent keep texting me to promote new launch project, subsales etc
prev bought one unit for rental purpose but alrd sell it back 2 years ago..thx god before covid happen
been viewing on some unit as well and planning to get one since now market seems good
agent also share with me about advantages on slow property market

Hi all, how much do you pay for your mortgage loan? are you able to survive with your salary balance after paying it?

last few days ago, had a long chat with my bunch of friend and realized that out of 8, half of them had bought a property!
their average earning is around 4k, some combined with spouse up to 6k or more...
does this means with that amount of salary, more youngster has power to purchase a property at young age?
