Public Bank housing loan semi flexi

I have 300k housing loan from pbe with a lock period until 2027,
am I not allow to deposit money into my loan account during this period to reduce the interest?

based on my bank agent, I can only deposit to loan account after I got the house key,
but my friend said otherwise, by right, semi flexi should allow us to deposit money into loan account,

I have ~100k outstanding balance in my loan account now,
the building is still under development, around 40% completion.

any sifu can enlighten me?

I m in KL kepong area, with digi prepare unlimited internet 40,
Today the network slow, can't even watch YouTube video at 240p

Prepaid plans with more hotspot/tethering quota

Currently, seem that most of the prepaid plan only come with 10GB hotspot/tethering quota,
with Unifi mobile degraded from the unlimited hotspot/tethering quota,

anyone know any other prepaid plans that are offering more hotspot/tethering quota?
(more than 30GB is preferred)

so far, the best plan I can find for now is Hotlink Unlimited Plan,
RM40 per month, unlimited hotspot (up to 50GB ,cap by FUP)

I have this problem for quite a few months.
I can't access certain websites/Applications at a certain time.
the websites are random, but surely not something popular like WhatsApp or YouTube.
List of websites/Applications that I cannot access in specific day/hours in a month (can be any day, any hours, quite random)
1. Telegram
2. Zoom
3. Lazada
4. Shopee
5. Microsoft Sharepoint
and many more... (I should list them down next time)

I can't access in certain time, but I can access them the next day.
Most of the day I can access them, but there is 1 or 2 days in a month, I can's access certain of them.

I called hotlink a few times,
they asked me to check this, check that, reset this refresh that...
after ding ding dong dong,
then they said it is my phone problem.

but at anytime,
once my phone connected to the wifi,
I can use just any websites/applications.
but just not working with HUP.

I am using Hotlink Unlimited Plan 3mbps.
Anyone is facing this issue?

Has anyone purchased Nivea product online via Lazada or Shopee lately?

I made a purchase on 27/3/2022,
Out of 4 items, I only received the free gift on 1/4/2022,
and in the application, it says 3 items has been delivered.
I tried to contact Nivea but no response at all.
I checked the shop's review, and found other buyer facing the same issue.
This is from the official seller!

Based on the reviews, I believed this is not the first time, the official seller is probably doing this intentionally.

MNP from Digi postpaid to Celcom

I have a contract with Digi ( Digi postpaid 60) that ends on 28/2/2022.
After the contract has ended, I proceed to do MNP.
Today, Digi rejected my MNP request and told me I have an extra quota of contract period till 31/3/2022...

Anyone has similar experience with this "extra quota" period?

old External Hard disk USB 3.0

I have an old External Hard disk with a sata driver/port USB 3.0 to USB 3.0
I bought a new laptop with type C port, trying to connect with my external hard disk using USB 3.0 to type C cable,
but my external hard disk has no response at all, not even the light bulb light up.
is this an issue due to the sata driver/port that connect my hard disk and laptop?

Any solution?
