Hi guys,

I need some advice/recommendation here regarding which bike to purchase.
First of all, my budget is RM6k cash or less. I'll use it for daily commuting to work and back, like 75km per day.
Out of few models, i've had them narrowed down to either Yamaha Fz150i (used) or Suzuki Shogun Axelo R (new).

Which bike do you choose/recommend and why so.
Additionally, if there is anymore good bike within my budget, please let me know.

Im looking for a Sheaffer Piston Converter for my old fountain pen..
Reason being: its inconvenient to refill using old design pump (have to use syringe), also dont want to use cartridge..
I looked around online (including pengallery) but cant find any single merchant selling the piston converter only..
Went to jusco also but to no avail, they dont have one..

Anyone knows anywhere else might be selling this, please let me know..

Adjust caster or similar

Hi guys,

First of all, I went to a tyre shop few days ago to get alignment service. Shop is in Puchong nearby Tesco there.
After alignment, found out that my car is seriously pulling to the left despite all the camber & toe readings are set to green value range.
At first, the foreman noticed that the left lower arm bush was kong already, making him thought that it was the main cause of this problem.
Changed the lower arm, re-do alignment. But problem still persist.
Did tyre rotation left-right but to no avail, and rear-front also cannot solve problem.
Checked that LEFT tyre has 3 1/2 fingers clearance while RIGHT tyre has 4 fingers clearance to the body (near to mudguard position).
Foreman said caster is out. (Right tyre is off to front a bit so car pulls to the left)
Already spent 2 hours++ then he said he dont know what to do already. He said can send to mudguard (makat) people to pull the RIGHT section to make it level with the left side again.

Question:
1) Is this true?
2) Whats the cause of this? Car never got into major accident before. Only small one involving a bumper only.
3) If yes, then please recommend me a good shop in Puchong area to resolve this issue. Good means the shop has tools to measure not just do cincai work. A contact number would also be in help.
4) Any alternative for this problem?

Before I forget, my car is a '05 Proton Gen 2. Before alignment, car just slightly pulling to the left only.

Anyone know why the flexi-pipe (nanas) inner side became like this after 1year+ of usage?
its kinda being sucked up from inside the pipe itself.. the setup was 4-2-1 > midbox > s-flow..

hi guys pls advise on my casing+heatsink setup fan..
My casing is cm elite 430, and
The cpu cooler is cm hyper 212+

Casing got:
1x rear exhaust
2x top exhaust
1x front intake
1x bottom intake
1x side intake/exhaust

Cooler: push or push+pull

Currently i have:
1x scythe s-flex 1900rpm 120mm fan
1x scythe slipstream 1900rpm 120mm fan
1x silverstone fm123 120mm fan
2x cm blade master (hyper 212+ stock fan)
Several normal casing fans /-replace with 2x cm sickle flow fans

I need help to determine on which fan to be used at which place.. Currently my idea is:
Cpu cooler - scythe s-flex (push only setup-blow upward)
Rear exhaust - scythe slipstream
Top exhaust - 2x cm blade master - hook to fan controller
Front intake - normal cm casing fan /-replace with cm sickle flow fan
Bottom intake - normal cm casing fan /-replace with cm sickle flow fan - hook to fan controller
Side - silverstone fm123 (intake or exhaust??) - with fan controller

Pls comment on my idea & help me determine best setup with my fans..

Xeon E3110 TjMax

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right section..
i just bought an E3110 just now.. its similar to C2D E8400 in term of frequency, multiplier, cache etc..

what confusing me now is its temperature reading..
during boot up, bios reads the temp as 50c while after logging in to windows, coretemp & realtemp gives 40c (at TjMax 100c) at 1.0250 vcore..
so i googled abit then found that Intel releases said that e3110 TjMax is actually 95c, translating to idle temperature of only 35c..
thats quite unbelievable since my room is not air conditioned..
so confused now, dunno which value should i take.. anyone can help?

btw, my rig's spec is:
e3110 3.0ghz
4gb ram
asus p5k mobo (already flashed to latest bios)
hyper 212+ cpu cooler with push-pull setup
tuniq tx-2 TIM
psu silverstone st56zf 560w
ati hd5770

for info, all the procs i ever used b4 shows 40-45c idle (TjMax 100c)
sifus out there pls help.. i scared i would damage the proc in long term if the bios temp is the right one..

hi all,

i need urgent help from any Tenon cx-1000 2 way alarm user..
yesterday i went to a tint shop in alor star to replace my windscreen film.. but 1 of the worker peeled off the old film without taking off the antenna module first!! (i think he doesnt even know thats an antenna module.. ).. and made the wire snapped off the module.. so in order to repair, i need to resolder the wire back into the module.. the problem is i dont have the diagram (or color code).. got 7 small wires in there..

i already went to several acc shop to see whether they can help/repair but it seems that they didnt carry the same model.. so they cannot help..

so i'm requesting help from fellow forummers here who can get access to actual wiring diagram of the antenna module.. (can unscrew the antenna housing and take a picture of the wiring connection so i can make it as reference)

right now i got no alarm in my car.. scared will kena curi edi..

the antenna module as at the top left corner..

any help will be much appreciated..

hi, i need help from sifus about several symptoms happening to my car.. firstly my car is:

1) Gen 2 1.6 campro H-line 2005
2) Mileage 94k km
3) auto gb
4) standard s/rim with silverstone m5 tyres
5) Engine standard, extractor is 4-1

Below are my problems:

1) Unstable idling during cold start - sekejap naik sekejap turun, range within 900-1.3k rpm.. doesnt happen when engine already hot/reach optimum temp.. [suspect ignition system, TB got dirty etc]

2) Got squeaking sound from the belting area during coldstart in the morning where got moisture inside.. when hot/dry then no more squeaks [Timing belt already changed just over 2 weeks-brand Gates, still got sound]

3) When driving, got some kind of buzzing/humming sound coming from the front tyres i'm not sure which one.. The sound got louder as speed goes up.. [suspect bearing or driveshaft]

4) Got loud buzzing sound when i steer left (only when moving not when static).. around 50-110kmh..

5) Got several squeaking when driving on uneven road.. suspect rear suspension (dunno exact point)

Anyone got these symptoms before?
Anyone here have any idea on whats wrong with my car?
and can anyone recommend a good yet reasonable price workshop? prefer Tapah area to KL area.. Ipoh area also can but not familiar..

And i would like to get some opinion on how to mild mod my car to make it more powerful yet not sacrificing FC..
I'm thinking to decarbo the engine, change the plug cable & spark plug to better spec.. and which exhaust setup is the best for my car.. I prefer as silent as possible yet powerful enough unlike the factory setup which is damn underpowered..

any shop can tune the stock ecu? i heard someone can.. is it possible? or they just reset the ecu?
i'm also considering cheap piggyback kit + tuning.. prefer used unit but 100% working.. anyone?

any help would be much appreciated.. TQ
